Gelateria L'Artigiano dei Sapori - Di Giordano Lombardi In Malcesine

I ordered a V60 and a great espresso.

This café exudes a hipster and artistic vibe. You'll feel creative even before you take your first sip of coffee. There are beautiful details everywhere, lots of plants and books, and it's clear that a lot of care has gone into it. The stracciatella gelato is absolutely the best. The coffee is delicious and strong, just like my girlfriend's reasoning for spending our holiday in Italy. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I felt completely pampered. I highly recommend this café, as it's the best coffee I've had on this holiday.

The coffee shop's espresso is exceptional, almost like a specialty coffee, or perhaps it truly is. The Americano is also fantastic, and they praise the V60.

...when the first chill hits, when you're at the end of an experience or maybe just beginning, or who knows, there's a place that always welcomes you and gives you unforgettable sensations and tastes, and magically you're in Paris, you're in Bali, you're... traveling, yet at home. Thank you all, you're precious and special.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the many other reviews: excellent products but not very attentive staff. We had a pistachio sundae and one with fruit and crumbly cake, both of which were really good! The restrooms weren't clean, and the entire, very "hip" café seemed in need of a tweak. The two guys behind the counter make great ice cream, but perhaps a friendly waitress would be a good investment when it comes to welcoming guests! Summary: next time, just an ice cream to go...

Best coffee I’ve had in Italy! And the tiramisu was amazing

The coffee was great, dessert also. Hot chocolate was thick and amazing. But Gelato was a pure perfection. Almond with pistacchio souce was 100/10. Highly reccomend!
