This restaurant is exactly how I like it. A few bold dishes, great quality, seasonal ingredients, innovative cuisine, traditional yet contemporary and hearty.
A pleasant and intimate place, perfect for any occasion.
Excellent service: the staff is very young but very well trained. The owner is a great person, welcoming and friendly.
The dish: seared tongue with fermented black garlic bagna cauda and chicory leaves is second to none.
Excellent prices despite the high quality.

We went to this restaurant for holidays/communions/confirmations, etc.
I'd say everything was good, but be careful with the flavorless starters; the meat was top-notch.

Always FANTASTIC
I've known Rio Del Sole for a while, and this year I tried their New Year's Eve dinner.
A wonderful evening with delicious dishes 😋😋 and then the outdoor toast with the fireworks display 🎇🤩🤩

Lunch (during the work week). Four menu options (lunch break): 1 course, 2 courses, 3 courses, and 4 courses. We had the 2-course menu for €17 with water and coffee. Everything was really good. Highly recommended, especially because the place is quiet and charming, and the service is good, so everything is fine.

I've been here several times and have always had a great experience. The place is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The quality of the products is high, so you're sure to enjoy excellent food. The service is attentive and leaves nothing to chance. It's definitely one of my go-to places in the area.
