Osteria Ribe’ In Buti

Four of us dined here and it was delicious! The waiter was extremely friendly and accommodating. He made a lot of jokes and accompanied us through the evening. Our recommendation: The starter platter: Tagliere Toscano

I arrived at the Ribè tavern thanks to a sensorial journey in the woods. Rainy Sunday, but not for us who found a corner of rainbow inside. The tavern is small, simple, but it speaks! Of the passion with which its owner wanted it and directs it. The food was amazing! An olfactory and visual journey into the gods of the earth. Courageous combinations and enveloping flavors that pamper the palate. Truly a pleasant discovery that I highly recommend. And…I forgot, Monica loves challenges… Yesterday he made an entirely vegetarian menu, which he had never proposed, for 10+ Remember to ask for the orange liqueur made by her to close the meal!

Sono approdata all’osteria Ribè grazie ad un percorso sensoriale nei boschi. Domenica piovosa, ma non per noi che abbiamo trovato un angolo di arcobaleno all’interno. L’osteria è piccola, semplice, ma parla! Della passione con cui la sua proprietaria l’ha voluta e la dirige. Il cibo era strepitoso ! Un viaggio olfattivo e visivo nei meandri della terra. Accostamenti coraggiosi e gusti avvolgenti che coccolano il palato. Davvero una piacevole scoperta che consiglio vivamente. E…dimenticavo, Monica ama le sfide… Ieri ha cucinato un menù tutto vegetariano, che non aveva mai proposto, da 10+ Ricordatevi di chiedere il liquore all’arancia fatto da lei per chiudere il pasto!

Il mio posto preferito. Monica è una cuoca che ha  un'inclinazione naturale per la creazione di piatti originali, capace di trasformare ingredienti comuni in straordinarie esperienze culinarie. La sua creatività ti consente di sperimentare con sapori, consistenze e presentazioni, un'esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile. Un grazie anche a Nicola gentile e simpatico.
