This year, for Christmas lunch, I chose to celebrate at the "Osteria Retró" restaurant. The environment was welcoming and the Christmas menu was excellent; I particularly appreciated the various appetizers and the crepe rosettes. The service was perfect, attentive and fast. What made this day even more special was the thoughtfulness of the owners: at the end of lunch they gave us a poinsettia and a small gift, a gesture that I had never found in another restaurant. we will definitely be back!

If you are in Vignate for work it is perfect! Dedicated menu for midday, food quality quite good and plentiful. The environment (for my personal taste) is a little cold like the lights and furnishings. The staff, specifically a lady, a little abrupt in her manner although attentive to service.

22/04/2025: Very friendly staff, spacious family room! The pool has warm water. The only complaint is the lack of staff during the Easter holidays and the fact that their restaurant was not open for lunch and dinner. Also, the bar was not open until 5 pm, and they did not tell us all this when booking.
26/03/2025: I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday, the owner took care of every single detail of the party as the birthday girl wanted. Excellent food and drinks, above all expectations. Friendly, organised, efficient, helpful and professional staff. Education and perfection best represent this place and those who work there. I highly recommend.

29/12/2024: Finalmente dopo diversi tentativi sono riuscito a cenare in questo locale, attratto dalla simpatia lombarda del titolare (conosciuto nel web), il locale è il classico ristorante anni 70, lo dico con entusiasmo perchè è sempre più facile trovare locali freddi, impersonali e uniformati al gusto del momento. Il menù è strettamente milanese senza rivisitazioni (finalmente), menzione speciale alla trippa fritta e il petto d'oca affumicata, ottima la guancia di manzo brasata con polenta non entusiasmante il risotto con ossobuco (riso scotto e ossobuco piccolo e asciutto), gentile il personale e simpatico il titolare che non nega una bella chiaccherata in milanese (che bello).
24/11/2024: Cena con amici, ristorante non sicuramente alla moda ma originale! Menù vario basato sulla cucina lombarda con alcuni piatti rivisitati. Mondighili eccellenti, crostoni appetitosi. I primi ordinati abbondanti e gustosi: il mio era la “miatriciana” davvero notevole. Vino sfuso della casa gradevole. Dolci eccellenti, la sbrisolona con crema al mascarpone una bella scoperta. Prezzo interessante, poco più di 30€ a testa. Tutti piatti abbondanti accompagnati dalla simpatia della cameriera che ci ha servito. Ci torneremo sicuramente
