Very good food (we had the caciucchetto), but if you have small children who use diapers, DO NOT come here as there is no changing table and the staff was against allowing my little one to change his diaper, even in the bathroom, making up nonsensical excuses ("If you change him here and a customer has to go to the bathroom, he won't be able to get through." And I tell myself: it's as if the bathroom is occupied; he'll wait). If you don't have small children, enjoy the good food. It's a shame about this incident.

Excellent restaurant! I had spaghetti with chicken and it was delicious. Fast service and the waitress was very attentive. I highly recommend it!

We came for dinner. The staff was very kind and attentive, especially the ladies! The food could be improved. The first courses were plentiful but lacking in flavor. The vegetarian appetizer was a bit dull; the cod was just two small pieces.

We were looking for a new place to have lunch in Livorno while still maintaining the local flavor and spirit, and we almost certainly went to Osteria Red, which lived up to our expectations. Generous and delicious portions from a well-defined and unconventional menu, we enjoyed everything from appetizers to dessert. The service was sometimes slow, but never failed us with attentiveness and kindness, and the location was informal yet welcoming. The time flew by, and we woke up more than satisfied. 💪

An old-fashioned Livorno osteria with a rustic, casual atmosphere. In addition to the menu, there are several very inviting off-menu options featuring seasonal ingredients. Homemade cuisine, friendly, and fast service.
The atmosphere is very simple, ideal for an evening with friends and family. When it's full, it can get quite noisy due to the small-to-medium size of the room. It's a truly lively place where you can eat well and at prices I consider fair.
House wine or one or two of each type, beer. Homemade desserts, especially the panna cotta. The cuisine is straightforward, without frills or frills. Portions are adequate or generous.
