Piccolo locale al centro di Ceglie, incuriositi dalle recensioni, lo abbiamo provato. Osteria come tante con cibo buono ma non eccellente . Antipasti nella norma e primo piu' che sufficiente. L'arrosto misto non era all'altezza delle precedenti portate. Il vino delle casa buono e i dolci fatti in casa buoni. Insomma cucina senza troppi fronzoli con un buon rapporto qualita'-prezzo, servizio celere ed educato. Da rivedere e migliorare.

Cucina genuina, tipica, sempre buona, quasi tutto fatto in casa, con passione. Ambiente semplice, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale cortese e disponibile, da provare e riprovare senza mai restare delusi. Una certezza a Ceglie. Da provare in stagione: fave con la cicoria, una delizia. Un consiglio: prenotare in anticipo !!!

03/06/2025: THE OSTERIA of yesteryear. Small but welcoming atmosphere. The owners—I apologize if I don't remember your names—were very kind. Excellent appetizers, the first course with homemade pasta, cardoncelli mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes—superlative. They truly deserve the compliments. We highly recommend them if you're passing through Ceglie. Keep up the good work, promoting local, locally sourced foods. WELL DONE. Francesco and Elena
12/05/2025: THE STARTER IS WORTH IT ALL We went here as a family for Easter Monday lunch and it must be said: what a lunch! The appetizer alone is worth the whole experience, both for abundance and flavor. We are talking about an almost infinite series of courses with typical preparations of local cuisine with an authentic and unmistakable taste. From strong ricotta to meatballs, to fried foods and mussels au gratin, simple but one leads to another. It's a bit of a shame for the first courses, not bad on the base, but all overcooked and the seasonings are a little loose and very garlicky, otherwise we would be on a 5 star rating. But the service was impeccable. Courtesy, great availability and speed in serving dishes, however all freshly prepared with a full room. The environment is small, but very typical and welcoming. Prices absolutely more than fair.
