Ci siamo passati davanti tante volte per passare il San Boldo e questa volta abbiamo voluto provarla. Conviene prenotare perché i tavoli non sono molti. Il menu è tipico locale e su un foglio quindi non si perde tempo a decidere cosa consumare, cosa per me positiva. Abbiamo preso spezzatino di cervo con polenta veramente buonissimo tenero e saporito e sarde in saor, un fuori menù del giorno, strepitose. 1/2 di Pinot e un litro acqua, due dolci rigorosamente fatti in casa, torta della nonna e semifreddo alla nocciola guarnito con croccante sbriciolato e crema di zabaione e due caffè. Avevamo con noi il cane, nessun problema. Da ritornare sicuramente, tutto eccellente servizio compreso. Ho notato che a banco c'è la possibilità dei cicchetti, spuntino veloce. Bravi.

Very nice place found by chance on Google, super friendly owner, attentive to needs and ready to explain every dish. The food is very good, not the usual typical menu but something revisited, a few dishes made very well, generous portions, we left super full and super satisfied!!! The price is right for the quality and quantity! The homemade cream pancakes are super!!! Highly recommended!

Osteria that doesn't say much from the outside but inside is very good food at the right price. The owner is nice. Small but cozy environment.

The food was good, the staff were friendly and the prices were honest. The only note is that for dishes not on the menu it would be better to also list the prices verbally when you take the order, otherwise everything was fine

Abbiamo pranzato ieri in questa osteria che guardandola da fuori avremmo tirato dritto. Devo confermare le buone recensini, perché abbiamo mangiato benissimo, io che sono vegetariana ho apprezzato tantissimo i loro piatti senza carne, dall'antipasto al primo, ai contorni, al dolce, complimenti al cuoco. Consiglio di prenotare perché i coperti sono pochi.

Chosen randomly among the various proposals in the area, it was a pleasant surprise!
Small and informal but characteristic place, delicious food. On the menu you will find mainly traditional dishes, some with a creative touch that makes them stand out. Excellent paccheri with game ragout and dehydrated raspberry, very good skewer and "roasted potatoes" I think are the best I've ever eaten in my life. Very honest prices and we were also given a discount for the somewhat prolonged wait for the paccheri which take a rather long time to cook.
We will definitely be back next time we're passing through!

Text book example of, never judge a book by its cover.
Although the place on the side of the road doesn't look appealing at first glance when you go inside, everything changes to positive.
Warm atmosphere and friendly staff.
Definitely would recommend it as the food was really top grade. Nice find this hidden gem.

It's a shame we can't give 6 or 7 stars! Aside from the food which, while reflecting the tradition of the place, introduces some innovative variations, worthy of the utmost interest, it is admirable that the owner/cook/cashier assisted by a tireless waitress is able to cover the needs of over 20 people in the restaurant plus everyone those who show up at the bar! Perhaps the only "problem" is that the portions are so abundant that it is difficult to take the dessert! But they deserve the seventh star because, having arrived on foot, at night, from the town of Ravine di Lago (2.2km) along the very dangerous SP35, I was "forbidden" to walk back and I was accompanied by the waitress. For 10 minutes, the owner was left alone to manage all the diners, the kitchen, the bar!
