I gave it four stars but I didn't stop because there was no one there and it didn't appeal to me. I will put the right note on my next visit

Attention to food intolerances is essential for a restaurateur if he wants to offer customers who have these needs an impeccable service, as well as kindness in answering any questions in this regard. Often the answers are uncertain and leave doubts about the quality of the service and the quality of the cuisine. This is not the case with this Osteria where in addition to the excellent menu it offered us, we were welcomed and served by everyone with extreme kindness. Thanks, we'll be back.

A place with ancient charm, an outdoor terrace that directly overlooks the famous and evocative thermal water pool of Bagno Vignoni, a welcoming and well-kept interior that without wanting to be too pretentious makes you feel immediately at ease. The menu is a pleasant combination of tradition and innovation, but the Tuscan nature of the raw materials is always present. A particular note of merit for the service: attentive and kind, it satisfied all our requests, including that of being able to let our dog come in for dinner. Exceptional wine list. If you are in Bagno Vignoni it is definitely worth a visit!

An amazing place! We enjoyed everything from the service to the quality of the food. All dishes were fresh and delicious, and the service was very attentive. We were particularly impressed by the high quality bread and olive oil. The owners are very friendly and always ready to satisfy all our requests. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent cuisine and impeccable service!

Località gioiello di architettura medioevale ancora intatta. Camera matrimoniale un pò piccola ma in posizione meravigliosa per l'affacciarsi sulla grande vasca delle terme di epoca storica (ma non balneabili suppongo per lasciare lavorare i 2 alberghi. Sopra l'osteria che era chiusa per ferie, si poteva fare soltanto colazione entro le 9:30.

Casa Alle Vacche

21/09/2023: Il locale si trova nella splendida campagna che circonda San Gimignano. Ha un menù stagionale, che varia in funzione della disponibilità dei prodotti di prima scelta. Francesco saprà essere un ottimo ospite, senza essere invadente. Da segnalare l'abbondante selezione di antipasti, costituiti da formaggi, salumi, giardiniera e bruschette e l'arrosto girato. Menzione d'onore per i vini, da segnalare in particolare un sorprendente rosato di Canaiolo, Colorino e Ciliegiolo. Consigliatissimo!
09/08/2023: Come cinque anni possono cambiare le regole del gioco e scoprire come questa azienda si sia qualificata anche nella ristorazione, oltre che per sempre gli ottimi vini. Servizio e cortesia rendono splendida ogni serata. Grazie. Marco N.
