Refined restaurant... a very welcoming owner who made us feel at ease... the waitresses were sweet and helpful, but above all professional.
The dishes were well-served and everything was excellent.
The owner's wine selection was excellent.
Handmade pasta and homemade desserts.
What can I say... nothing... I'll return... and to everyone I say... try it... you won't regret it... because the town itself is also worth a visit.

We stumbled upon Osteria Porcellum by chance during a brief visit to Bagno Vignoni, and it turned out to be an unforgettable discovery!
We started with a simply excellent Sicilian caponata: balanced, fragrant, and with all the authentic flavors of the South. But the real star was the main course: tagliatelle with rabbit ragù, undoubtedly the best ragù I've ever tasted. Perfectly cooked, with an intense yet delicate flavor, a balance few can achieve.
Even though we were just passing through, we've already promised ourselves we'd return just to eat here again.

We feared a touristy place, given its splendid location in the central square of Bagno Vignoni... instead, we found authentic Tuscan hospitality, authentic cuisine, generous portions, and a perfect Florentine steak (ordered rare, it was incredibly tender and didn't leave a trace of blood on the plate).
The bill was very fair: a generous appetizer, a first course, a 1.3kg Florentine steak, a side dish, water, and a bottle of Brunello for €160.

Superb view, quiet location. Exceptional menu with regional products (cheese, charcuterie, Tuscan wine). Excellent service from a friendly, English-speaking waitress.
I recommend it for those who enjoy simple, local cuisine.

In visita a Bagno Vignoni, i piatti di questa osteria hanno attirato la nostra attenzione. Non si poteva fare scelta migliore, carne della tartare eccellente, pici cacio e pepe con guanciale di cinta senese sapori autentici, poi un ottima tagliata e come rinunciare ad un assaggino di deliziosi formaggi. Tutte le portate naturalmente sono state accompagnate da un buon rosso d’Orcia consigliato dalla cameriera. Il locale è carino e ben restaurato. Grazie siamo stati veramente bene.
