The boss is very kind and helpful. He explain all the dish which write down on the menu blackboard. The food is traditional roman dishes and delicious. One of my favourite restaurant in the whole Italy trip.

I happened to be there to eat snails and discovered a place where I will definitely return. Roman cuisine, carbonara for 9 and then snails❤️❤️❤️. I'm curious to try the hug and the sweets!

An authentic Roman tavern that has not been influenced by the needs of tourists! The menu is presented on the "tablet" 😅 a blackboard where every day they write in chalk what is good! We had the amatriciana! Delicious!!! The delicate but well-structured sauce, the crispy bacon, very tasty to the point that we could not avoid making the "scarpetta" with bread!!! We then had the saltimbocca with a side of potatoes, these too tasty and very pleasant! And finally the tart made by them with jam and pine nuts! Guys, what a delight! We asked about the menus! The traditional Roman menu always remains fixed while the first courses made with the fresh products of the day change every day! Highly recommended! We will be back!

Un buon ristorante dove è possibile trovare dei piatti gustosi e ben fatti in un ambiente accogliente, con un servizio attento e cordiale. Il conto giusto per quanto mangiato

Che dire… luogo avvolto da un’ atmosfera familiare e conviviale, tanta cortesia, qualità in tavola e cura del cliente. Si viene accolti dal sorriso dei cordiali e simpatici titolari che si “fingono amici e poi attentano alla tua vita”con piatti dai sapori di una volta, della nostra Roma, quella della tradizione.Tutto realizzato con prodotti selezionati e proposti senza particolari stravolgimenti, perché va bene osare e proporre novità, ma certi “capolavori “ non devono essere intaccati. Quindi, i grandi classici vengono rispettati e realizzati con magistrale sapienza, dai primi tradizionali ai Saltimbocca alla romana, passando tra puntarelle con alici ai carciofi alla Giudia accompagnati da sfiziose proposte come polpette fritte di bollito o bruschettone ciauscolo e provola o ancora millefoglie con stracciatella pomodorini ed alici… insomma vi alzerete da tavola sodi ed appagati, garantito !!! Ci vado da tanto e ci ritorno sempre con immenso piacere !!!
