Even though I couldn't get a table this time because they were fully booked for the next three days, I still wanted to leave a 5-star review for the incredible building and atmosphere. The architecture is stunning and it’s clearly a very popular spot for a reason! I was really looking forward to trying the food, but I’ll definitely be booking in advance for my next visit to San Vigilio. Hopefully, I'll get to experience the full menu then!

Perfect restaurant in XV century building. Excelent traditional food and very good service. Fully recommneded. It is a unique place where old tradition food is serviced.

We visited the restaurant today and were very impressed. The atmosphere was fantastic! The service was absolutely top-notch (we've rarely experienced such friendly and competent service) and so incredibly welcoming! The food was exquisite, keep up the great work!

Old and vintage house with restaurant. Reserevation required. All dishes made from local ingredients. Everything was good, but deserts vere amazing.

We went to this restaurant both at the recommendation of the managers of the hotel where we were staying in San Vigilio, the Chalet Corso, and remembering the episode of Four Restaurants where poor Uli was unfairly undermined by the other contestants, despite having received the highest scores from the chef. The judgment was a real thrill for both me and my family. And the Maso is truly quaint and charming, the staff is excellent, and the dishes combine tradition with research into tasty and refined combinations.

22/12/2025: We always love coming here. We love the atmosphere, the food, and the service is simply incredibly friendly and great.
05/11/2025: The bacon dumplings were unfortunately very dense. The salad was presented rather carelessly, the bread slices should have been crispier, some of the tomato pieces were enormous, the apricot dumpling was good, but the vanilla sauce was very runny and lacked any thickening. The plate could have been presented more attractively. They should consider whether the butter and cinnamon crumbs were sufficient. Perhaps a dollop of cream would be more visually appealing and better in terms of taste. The service was very attentive, almost a bit too much so. The ambiance was very nice.
