Plazores is a special family run restaurant offering a delicious, home cooked menu, made with locally sourced ingredients from their farm and local suppliers. The location is in the heart of San Virgilio, set in a gothic house with lots of character.
The 2 sons run an excellent front of house service, speaking English, Italian, some German whilst their mum is busy in the kitchen.
Highly recommend having dinner at Plazores, an Italian experience to remember. Suitable for friends, couples and families.

I think there is no better place in San Vigilio! Welcoming with Andy at the reception and in the dining room, in the kitchen Uli with his traditional but innovative menu, Jan with his friendliness and Roman with his stable where he raises cows, donkeys and sheep which will be the protagonists of Uli's cuisine! The wine list is excellent. Correct quality/price ratio.

Second time we were here and again, everything was great. The meats and cheese are local or from their own farm. Everything prepared with utmost care and delicious. Didn’t know parsnip - not my favorite - could taste this good.

The idea of setting it in an 800-year-old house is very beautiful. The food is very good, especially the tagliatelle with ragù. The service excellent and very fast. Overall, a fantastic restaurant! (Review by my 8 year old son Lorenzo) I say that the place transmits a particular energy given to it by the centuries of life lived in its premises. Warm and welcoming environment as well as the staff who proved to be kind, professional and available to provide information history about the restaurant and the places. Quality food thanks to family-produced ingredients. We will definitely be back.

We went completely after hours, so we were satisfied with a selection of cold cuts and cheeses. All of excellent quality. Super friendly, helpful and professional owners and staff, we will definitely return for a typical dinner.

Abbiamo cenato per 2 sere, in questo ristorante.
La prima sera una delizia per il palato, con prodotti di ottima qualità, per questo abbiamo voluto replicare, ma dobbiamo dire che è stata una delusione, abbiamo ordinato le tagliatelle al ragù, purtroppo la pasta scotta e il ragù non all'altezza della serata precedente!
Serata storta ci può stare.

Ormai un appuntamento fisso ogni volta che veniamo, estate o inverno, qui a San Vigilio.
Ottima location con personale attento e soprattutto ottima qualità di cibo e vini!!!
