A charming restaurant in the heart of old Ostuni, small but meticulously crafted, with pastel-toned furnishings and vibrant Botero-style paintings. The tasting experience was excellent, especially the mussel suaté with a fresh, delicate sauce made with the freshest ingredients. The orecchiette with turnip greens were exceptional, with the distinctive crunch of the bread and the addition of bay leaves. Highly recommended.

Pork shank is delicious and tender with a side of crispy fries. Cozy, clean, nicely decorated. Highly recommended!

A quaint restaurant with background music that creates a relaxed dining atmosphere. Excellent ingredients, both for traditional dishes and for truly exquisite and unique pizzas with a wide selection. Love this homey little restaurant, tucked away in a small alley. We have eaten here two nights in a row, and both nights everything has been great. Prices are reasonable, food is excellent, and the people are friendly and accommodating. Pizzas are great, with tons of options using local fresh ingredients. Meat was prepared to perfection (steak was prepared medium, as requested), and the salads were fresh. Both the server and the chef/owner spoke some English and were easy to communicate with. If you are into wine, the menu doesn't show all the available wines, so make sure to ask the server for help or look on the wall where bottles are displayed for the full selection. They have a strong representation of local wines with a few central and northern Italian options. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a more intimate feeling up the stairs on the first floor, away from the busy street. If you're looking for a small, quieter place with home-cooked, unpretentious meals, give them a try.

Without reading any reviews, we trusted the welcoming atmosphere that emanated from the outside—and we were right. The restaurant is small, but meticulously designed and truly welcoming. The warm, family-friendly atmosphere immediately made us feel at ease. To complete the experience, a kind and friendly lady in the dining room looked after us attentively throughout the dinner. We sampled orecchiette with turnip tops and anchovies, a sliced ​​Angus steak, and a main course with meatballs and pork chop in tomato sauce. Everything was delicious, but the dish that struck me most was the orecchiette: flavorful, balanced, and prepared with great care. They took me back in time, reminding me of the ones my Apulian grandmother used to make—a true journey back to the flavors of my childhood. We highly recommend La Vispa Teresa to anyone looking for simple yet flavorful cuisine in an intimate and authentic setting.
