We went for dinner without a reservation and were promptly served. The waiters are very friendly and the food is of excellent quality. The atmosphere has a good energy, making the place welcoming.

Found a hidden gem in all of the places in Florence centre. While I am sure there are other places around this one, it did hit all the right notes for us. From approachable, friendly, and attentive staff to cosy atmosphere and amazing food 🤤. I highly recommend... they even have a super romantic place in the back, which adds to the whole atmosphere. Thank you for the beautiful experience.

The atmosphere is very cozy and calm, the waitresses are very attentive and the food is the best part. I ordered Paccheri al ragù della nonna, it was the best Bolognese sauce I've ever had, and for dessert we ordered something typical, Cantuccini di Prato con Vinsanto, very good, worth trying, it's quite alcoholic, but excellent for relaxing on a night out after a day full of sightseeing.

Ancient trattoria just outside the Florence Santa Maria Novella station (5/10' on foot). Cozy and homely atmosphere, not to mention the room beyond the kitchen, with a ceiling completely adorned with white and lilac wisteria. Open kitchen. Exceptional quality of food and wines. Optimal value for money. Affordable prices with and without The Fork reservation. We recommend: hot crostini with chicken liver pate with caramelized onion and good oil, Florentine Chianina steak, red wine. The icing on the cake and the reason why we will definitely return: Massimo, THE Waiter. Fantastic, sociable, polite, friendly, welcoming, we felt at home. Tip worthy! An extraordinary restaurant, maybe even the best I've ever been to. The staff is very very kind and pleasant, including the owner who every time came to talk to us and make sure that everything is fine and that we don't miss anything. Out of 4 evenings spent in Florence, 3 dinners were served here and we actually tried to eat everything. Each time we served an appetizer and a main course and each time it was something different. Simply, whatever dish I chose, I had nothing to complain about, it looked as good as it tasted. If I had stayed here for another 3 or 4 days I would not have changed the location, everything was excellent.

A delightful little neighborhood place with great service and delicious food & wine options. We had gnocchi snd risotto and for dessert grandma’s cake & Florentine pumpkin (no squash were involved in this tasty treat ) friendly staff & clientele , great service. We will be back the next time we come to Florence come sure!!

The place is a little gem, with attention to every detail. Everything new and well kept. The staff is made up of polite, friendly and professional people. There was no moment where they or the owner were unable to put us at ease. The food is really good, from risotto to pici to cured meats. It is implicit to say that quality, place and service have a cost. Taking this into account and looking at the menu card with the respective prices beforehand, I really recommend it!
