The best place in Florence for Italian food. The appetizers and main courses are spectacular, not to mention the desserts! Highly recommended.

I liked the friendliness of the boss who attended us. The menu is online so no need to touch any plastic or paper menu. Table and seats are ok. I ate Gnocchi and they're for real! You can taste the potatoes, absolutely wonderful.
PS: Zuccotto Fiorentino as desert!!!! (é um rocambole Muito gostoso 👍🏽)

A hidden gem. From the outside, it looks small and well maybe one might walk past. We almost did! Instead, we chose to go in! We were ushered to the back of the restaurant where it was cool with air con and warm with hospitality! An oasis on a very hot and humid evening! The food was amazing! Tuscan menu with some typical flavours and dishes. The tiramisu… Bella, bellisimo… very well done!

It was a very pleasant and unforgettable evening in Antica Trattoria il Giardino. At the very moment you step in the restaurant, you feel yourself at your home. The two professional ladies who loved their job help very much to select the best dish. Very fast service. Best quality ingredients. And last but not the least, Mr. Manlio, the gentleman in charge of the trattoria, was very kind and professional at his job as well. As I said previously, I and my family (from Turkiye) will never forget this restaurant and for sure next time, we will come and taste other very delicious meals of this extraordinary trattoria. I enjoyed an excellent dinner in a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The icing on the cake was the elegant and professional welcome and the discreet yet attentive service. Excellent, I'll definitely be back. Kudos to Mr. Giovanni for his helpfulness and patience.

Very good food, very Tuscan, with some refinement, wise use of raw materials. Wide and excellent choice of wines also by the glass, I recommend the Bolgheri, excellent. Convenient location, behind the station. Characteristic, welcoming environment. Some confusion in the service and payment.

I went there during my honeymoon in Italy.
I ordered the truffle risotto and the truffle fillet. The risotto was especially delicious!!
The lovely Italian lady was very kind and spoke to me in English, so I was able to enjoy my meal. Maybe it was just the timing, but the food was served quickly.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has the opportunity to go to Florence.
