Osteria Pizza Studios In Alessandria

In visita ad Alessandria per lavoro, ci hanno consigliato questa pizzeria. La pizza per me è "solo" discreta perché io preferisco la crosta croccante e non morbida e "gommosa" come questa. Al mio collega poi la pizza è arrivata con la mozzarella solo da una parte, mentre dall'altra non era stata messa ed era come una pizza rossa (pur non avendola chiesta lui così). L'ambiente era un tantino troppo caldo, soprattutto perché col freddo che c'era fuori abbiamo avuto un bel contrasto sia all'entrata che all'uscita. Servizio cortese ma un po' lento, soprattutto considerando la poca gente che c'era nei tavoli accanto a noi. Prezzi normali

In realtà, siamo andati per asporto..... Nessun dubbio sulla gentilezza, la disponibilità, la professionalità, la genuinità dei prodotti, la bontà dei prodotti finiti, mi sento di aggiungere ancora infiniti punti alla pizza....... Sempre stra buonissima!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent pizza by the meter. Sublime desserts!!! Bravi!!! I ordered foccacia type recco with formaggio and I didn't like it. It looked like a pancake. Very thin and full of melted cheese.

We were here on Saturday evening, we had a small problem with other customers and the staff were immediately helpful and prompt in resolving the problem. Right waiting times, very fast. The pizza was really good, not loaded with ingredients and light, very kind staff, we will definitely be back!!

Well done! This evening we decide to go out for a pizza and as a person allergic to anything I expose the problem, the pizza chef comes out directly to explain to me that he preferred not to serve me because it would certainly contaminate the food. I congratulate you for your seriousness, ethics and consideration towards the customer! I won't be able to go there myself, but I will definitely recommend it to others!
