First time at Piermortadele. The charcuterie and cheese platter, accompanied by delicious fresh bread, was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very helpful.

I visited this osteria intrigued by the idea of featuring mortadella as a main course, which on paper sounded very promising. The atmosphere is simple and pleasant, in perfect osteria style.
Unfortunately, however, the experience wasn't as satisfying as I'd hoped. I ordered a mortadella sandwich and expected a more generous and carefully prepared product. The bread was decidedly predominant, and there was only one slice of mortadella inside, resulting in an unbalanced ratio of ingredients. Considering that mortadella is the restaurant's strong point, I would have expected more attention to this aspect.

An extremely informal, welcoming place, rooted in the historic heart of the city center. The staff is hospitable and courteous, eager to please. The cured meats, cold cuts, and cheeses are excellent.
Not fully equipped for wheelchair access.

We can only dream of a place like this in Austria: We were there on Saturday evening, it was packed, everyone was cheerful, the service was really on the ball, the mortadella and other dishes (cold cuts platter) as well as the wine selection were top-notch. Last but not least, the prices are extremely fair and the atmosphere is very inviting and authentic. We'll definitely be back soon!
