We went one evening with 11 children. We were impressed by the quality of the food, as if we were eating at my mother's house. Traditional flavors with delicious meat. Compliments to the innkeeper, an excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable host.

The best last supper you can have before heading to the Grimaldi Lines Via Crucis. Comfort food, Abruzzo and homemade cuisine, was perfect. Montepulciano wine, fried pizza with lardo, magnificent primo piato del giorno, and the lamb skewers were delicious. A typical Abruzzo dessert with Amarena ratafia. Impeccable, friendly service. I don't want to leave Sardinia, but at least I'm leaving with a perfect last supper. The place is impeccably clean. Update: We returned a year later to Sardinia, and here as our last supper, and I agree with everything; this restaurant is wonderful.

Amazing restaurant! The food was fresh and full of flavor, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend! If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! 😍😍

This restaurant is a rare gem. I've been there several times and it's still a sure thing. It's an old-school family-run restaurant. The owner manages the dining room with excellence: friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, sincere, and helpful. You feel at home here, and it's thanks to him. His wife in the kitchen is a sublime cook. The dishes are simple but with bold, authentic flavors. Their ingredients are always top-quality, from the fresh pasta to the fresh vegetables to the delicious main courses. At the end of the meal, the dessert and digestif offered by the host are a real treat. The price is always reasonable for what you eat, and the excellent wine selection is always available, plus there's always a touch of sophistication on top of everything. Places like this are rare these days, and this makes for an unmissable experience.

Great find. Top-notch service and food, friendly prices. We liked it so much we went twice, though we had to drive 30 min from our accommodation to the restaurant. The location is not inspiring, but there's plenty of parking and once you get into the place, everything is nice!

04/12/2025: Excellent gourmet pizzas with excellent ingredients, combinations, and flours, with very digestible dough. The dessert menu was high-expectations considering the pizza; perhaps I made the wrong choice. Prices are clearly displayed. Professional and attentive staff. Worth a try.
01/12/2025: A welcoming place, perhaps it's the infrared lamps that warm the heart as well as the ambiance, but even though I was alone for work, it felt like I was in good company. The staff is kind and discreet, never pushy, but always present. The pizzas have unique toppings, just so you know! And don't complain if you don't see Canadian pizza on the menu. It's a shame there's no wood-fired oven, which would perhaps, and I mean perhaps, have enhanced the refined flavor of the ingredients. The place also has excellent acoustics; you can chat without any annoying background noise, despite the small group of diners at the table next to mine. The coffee with a trio of different sugars is excellent!

09/10/2025: Fantastic. Traditional pastries, seadas made and prepared to order, delicious. A true place. Where Sardinia knows how to exist without losing its essence.
21/09/2025: Leaving Colombo Park, our stroll was enriched by a wonderful discovery: 'The Art of Taste'. The name is a promise kept: in every dish, you can sense the care and love for the product. We chose the culurgiones and the ricotta and lemon ravioli. It was a pleasure to watch the lady preparing them right in front of us! The pasta was perfect, and the fillings, generous and well-balanced, made everything even more special. After the first course, we couldn't resist their pastries. We sampled fabulous amaretti and formaggelle, but the real highlight was the seadas, freshly prepared and cooked to order. It was simply superb! The portions are very generous, the prices fair, and the kindness of the owner added an extra touch that never hurts. The restaurant offers both dine-in and take-out options. If you want to savor authentic Sardinian cuisine, this is the place to be.
