Immersed in the village of Gornate, it offers an environment very close to that of an "old-time" tavern. Friendliness, order and availability are at home. The menu is rather simple but direct, offering you both quality and quantity of good and decisive dishes in the right way, both from the Varese tradition and beyond. Max will be able to advise you best. The service is fast, efficient and precise We had a great time!! Enjoy your meal 😎

Classic tavern, truly fantastic food, fast and attentive service, the owner is original, worth getting to know, environment with tables or single tables, you need to book at least 1 week in advance for a table, I really recommend it, I'm sure you'll come back later

I was lucky enough to eat for lunch and I have to recommend it to everyone, a real village trattoria that you absolutely must try, quick, plentiful and quality dishes.

Un'osteria d'altri tempi (quelli dei circolini) dove è ancora possibile mangiare qualcosa di buono e genuino così come l'accoglienza riservata dell'oste. Parcheggio comodo nelle vicinanze

22/02/2025: One of my favourites in Pisa for a cheap, tasty lunch where you can help support a very worthwhile project. Last time I ordered the pappardelle with boar ragú. Fabulous pasta, fabulous sauce.
18/02/2025: The atmosphere is very welcoming, the food is good and you spend the right amount. I would say that you couldn't ask for anything better if you want to have lunch with friends and colleagues!

11/04/2025: I tried this place yesterday for the first time with a nice group of friends and I must say that it did not disappoint our expectations. Top quality food and drinks to match too. The owner, very knowledgeable, was very kind in changing our glasses (already full of wine) when we pointed out that they were stained. A truly excellent experience and a highly recommended place for an aperitif or even for a nice quality dinner.
26/03/2025: a pearl that could easily be in the center of Milan, the guys are GORGEOUS, one more courteous and professional than the other, the offer available for food and drinks is bordering on the incredible... I never refuse an aperitif there and I'm more than happy to give them my money... especially if we think that for the same price 200 meters away there are those who will put on your table 2 focaccias from the day before and cured meats from Carrefour... well done guys, you are the best.
