Excellent. One of the few restaurants in 15 years that I have given 5 stars. The room manager is also amazing and takes care of everything entirely. Congratulations. I hope to return soon.

Abbiamo pranzato qua. Eravamo una ventina. Ci hanno consigliato questo posto amici dell posto. È stato tutto perfetto dalla presentazione pietanze ai loro e che sapori😋, accoglienza ottima gentilissimi, location piccola e di gusto. Lo consiglio vivamente!!! Bravi bravi..spero di ritornarci!!!

We were enchanted by this restaurant! Every single bite was a sensory journey. The flavors were balanced to perfection and the presentation of the dishes was impeccable. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous. An experience that we highly recommend to all lovers of good food.

Went to the restaurant. Nice atmosphere. But the food was hit and miss. Stay away from the “fusion” Asian dishes, they don’t do it well. Ordered satay chicken with sushi rice. Disappointing. Rice was cold, satay sauce was sourish, chicken was tasteless. The starters fared better, had the Bao with grilled prawns etc. Not understanding why they received a 4.7 rating; feels more like a 4.2.

The food was awesome! The chicken and the rice were especially good. Loved the ambient and the music was also very relaxing. Exactly what I expect from a great, premium Italian restaurant. 1st class. Absolute recommendation for everyone coming to Assisi! 💪🏼🤝

Siamo tornati a cena, a distanza di un anno. Il posto sempre carino ma già con un’aria un po’ datata ( vedi piante finte ed il color tortora ovunque). Bagni non pulitissimi considerando che stavamo ad inizio serata. Siamo partiti con tartare di manzo e melanzane al forno, entrambi buoni poi faraona farcita, ottima e picanha meno esaltante. fuochi d’artificio con tortino al pistacchio abbinato al sorbetto di lampone. veramente una cucina stellare. personale preparato ed efficiente. Conto giusto se non fosse per alcune lacune, vedi bagni e tovagliette di carta.

24/03/2025: Having dinner inside a historic building from the Roman era is already enough, I think. Instead, you find yourself eating a super platter of incredible cold cuts and cheeses, especially the lentil flan, then you continue with a plate of strozzapreti with ricotta cream, sausage and truffle. And dessert? Wait though. Because at a certain point the service stops, warned by a call from Campanella and as if by surprise the owner briefly explains the history of the place where you are eating! To finish, you then have a nice Rocciata where inside you find all the flavor of an ancient recipe. Highly recommended. We had dinner for two and we didn't even take a photo. Yes, because we were more attentive to looking at the walls, the ceiling of the place and the dishes than taking the phone from the jacket😂. We really felt at home!

Taverna del Verziere

29/03/2025: We returned to eat at Taverna del Verziere after some time and we found the same beautiful atmosphere and above all we found some excellent dishes. It is always a pleasure to return to eat here. We highly recommend it.
16/03/2025: I'm really excited about this little restaurant. It is tastefully furnished, illuminated by soft lights that convey a sense of tranquility. It was good weather and we decided to have lunch on the terrace, so we were also able to admire the landscape of the Umbrian countryside. We ate very well, with very appetizing gourmet options and quality ingredients. But what impressed us most was the service. The owners and waiters pampered us with many little attentions; we were not easy customers, with two newborns and food allergies, and the attention we received from all the staff was truly commendable. Friendliness and professionalism are truly at home here! Very correct prices.
