On the occasion of our anniversary we decided to celebrate, at the suggestion of a friend, at the Perano estate. An almost fairy-tale outdoor place, a garden surrounded by roses and vineyards. Inside, attention has been paid to the smallest details. We tasted a good wine, ate dishes from a real starred restaurant and were welcomed by the skill and delicacy of a girl prepared in the dining room. The next day we also decided to pay a visit to the cellar where Nicolas welcomed us. A very nice and welcoming boy. What can I say... we had a great time! I recommend everyone to stop in this enchanting place. See you soon!!!

Beautiful and well organized winery to visit in classic Chianti, more precisely in Gaiole, the vineyards are perfectly kept and very beautiful to visit. The tasting is well guided and there is also the possibility of eating at the tavern which offers excellent cuisine.

Oggi domenica 3 marzo siamo venuti a visitare e a mangiare a PERANO. Bellissima tenuta Barricaia meravigliosa.E adesso veniamo al pranzo….Ci hanno sistemato in una veranda molto carina,il personale attento e molto educato.Abbiamo iniziato con coccoli prosciutto e stracchino,come primo ho preso fusilloni tartufo e fave (delizioso),come secondo mi hanno consigliato la bistecca di cervo(la sto sognando ancora) strepitosa.Il tutto accompagnato con un PERANO RISERVA.Tutto fantastico .BRAVISSIMI

Location fantastica immersa nelle colline del chianti storico. Si respira la toscana anche all'interno la sala è arredata in modo perfetto, moderno ma in armonia con quello che si vede intorno dalle sue grandi vetrate. Il cibo ottimo ottima cucina locale anche rinnovata ma fedele al territorio. Scelta di diversi tipi di carne alla griglia, notevole la bistecca di capriolo, e il dolce con il gelato all'olio, buonissimi. Prezzi medio alti ma ben spesi. Ci ritornerei!

06/07/2024: Best vegterian/vegan restaurant in Tuscany/Italy?! We found it by coincidence and stayed in the end for 2 dinners. Awesome experience, as it is a 5 course tasting menu, and the menu is not known until the plates are brought to youd table. (Nearly?) Everything is organic and the vegetables/fruits are grown in the owner‘s garden and only seasonal igredients are used. The menu changes every day and costs 48€/per person. We had two wonderful dinners, as you can start having a drink in the beautiful garden with a view over the vinyards and olive trees. The staff is LOVELY!! Such a heartwarming team! If you friendly ask, you can even charge your electric car. We‘ll definitely come back BUT this time we‘ll stay in one of the rooms for a couple of nights, as the hotel looks fabulous!😊

07/08/2024: I spent 2 weeks at a hotel near Pasticceria Angeli e Diavoli, and this was a very pleasant place to enjoy afternoon treats. The shade of the trees made it cool enough to sit outside and to feel very comfortable on some very hot days. The employees were extremely friendly and the pastries were fresh and delicious.
20/07/2024: Relaxing place with outdoor tables under the trees for an excellent breakfast
