A breathtaking view, a typical meal with family recipes served with a smile. This place has everything to seduce you. Be careful though: the road is narrow with many bumps, low cars are not recommended, lowered cars are strongly discouraged 😅

The best place we've eaten in Italy so far. The service was top-notch; we felt right at home at dinner, and we were very warmly welcomed. The food was home-cooked, with a touch of tradition and local produce. I've never tasted such good Parmesan cheese in my life. The views were breathtaking. The only thing that made it very, very difficult was getting there. It requires a very determined and experienced driver and a taller car. The road is very narrow and very steep. We took a DR4, but it only worked on our second attempt. The first time, it couldn't get up there, so we had to back off and try again, driving at full speed and keeping our foot on the gas like there was no tomorrow! A 4x4 would probably make it much easier, but you can do it without one. Nevertheless, it's WORTH IT!

An unlikely route that will take you to an excellent address with top-notch products. Appetizers to die for, mushroom tagliatelle is delicious, as is the steak tartare. Quality homemade desserts, and above all, a superb view of Lake Iseo. A place to discover in Iseo! I love it!

A rustic yet meticulously maintained establishment, consisting of a large farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Surrounded only by peace, nature, cows, and horses. With a beautiful view of Lake Iseo. Ample parking. At the entrance, there's a traditional washhouse with enormous water turtles and a semi-open veranda seating about thirty. The menu features first courses, both traditional and game, while the second courses offer a decent selection of meats. I can't help but say that the quality of the meat is excellent...very high! Even though I'm not a meat lover, I can't help but order it whenever I come here. Last time, I ate a Florentine steak that I won't soon forget for its deliciousness. Tender and very flavorful. Very kind and friendly staff. Low prices. The only drawback is the road to reach Pastina. You can also walk there from a parking lot near Trattoria Portole, for those who enjoy walking. While for trekking lovers I recommend an excursion to Punta Almana with lunch at Pastina

Excellent view of the lake but even better the food and the kindness

The coffee and cake were delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was friendly and helpful (we Germans were able to communicate with a little English). The view of the mountains and lake was magnificent.

We had already eaten here and well. On June 10 (it was Tuesday) we passed by on a motorbike, there were 14 of us, after the appetizers some only took the first course, some only the second course. The first courses were not as tasty as usual. We took tagliatelle with mushrooms or, like me, with wild boar..... sauce with little flavor in both (someone left it over). For the second courses, the tagliata was not hard but not soft either. Let's hope we were just unlucky.

The restaurant is quite high up and the road to it is winding, steep and narrow in places, but you definitely need to go there, believe me! The Fiorentino steak was simply amazing, enough for 2-3 people. The service is excellent, the views are awesome, the prices are reasonable.
