The square is very attractive, the food surprisingly good for a tourist attraction and the service was friendly and prompt. We couldn't have asked for more.

So for me everything is top notch. Two plates of pici really well done, abundant sauce. I recommend the ones with cheese and pepper. Bruschettas made with wholemeal bread which I liked Helpful and pleasant staff The location is fantastic: having lunch in the ancient amphitheater of Lucca is worth it Fair price To return

We had just arrived in Lucca after a long day of travel and had 4 lovely dishes all well priced and well presented. The outside seating in the square is well arranged yet a little tightly packed at busy times. The restaurant has very good food and service was perfectly fine although not as warm and personal as some others that we have experienced since. I cannot fault the quality of the food the carbonara with black pepper and truffle is probably the best I can remember. If you want a lovely setting in the heart of a main square and don't mind a little tight seating this place is great.

Very nice terrace with cooling. Very quick and efficient service, big menu choice and the prices are good and fair. Had caccio con pepe pasta ( 10eur) and a carpaccio. Nothing to say- very good! A recommendation

A wonderful lunch with friends for our wedding anniversary. So glad we reserved our table as this place is very popular. The food was tasty and well presented. Every dish was delicious and the wine was excellent. The service is friendly and professional and the atmosphere relaxed even though we sat outside.

16/08/2024: On the way from Livorno to Milan we stopped in Viareggio in the morning hours. Looking for a delicious coffee and a quick bite, we joined the long line in front of this cafe. Always a good sign... We weren't disappointed. Huge selection of small croissants that are still warm with many different fillings, tartlets, eclairs and many other delicious sweets. You order in the store and take the trays to the place outside, some of which are equipped with parasols. But many people take everything on their own and go to work. Both the espresso and the cappuccino were great, very hot, nice and strong. A recommendation!

28/08/2024: Simply delicious! We can't say more... The conditions were very nice and made recommendations. The food was super good! The pizza at the end was good; A little soft in the middle due to the topping, but super tasty. We'll try it out at home too. It was a very delicious evening!
18/08/2024: Excellent pizzas and excellent cuisine. Courteous service Thanks to its position it is cool even on hot summer nights.
