Osteria Papi In Moncalieri

In the heart of the historic center of Moncalieri, the Papi tavern is an institution. Few dishes but of great quality, prices a little high but fair for the quality of the products. Excellent bulk wine and kindness of the staff at the top. The room inside is very characteristic with vaulted ceilings and exposed bricks. The small outdoor area is very cute.

We went to this restaurant a few days ago. Impeccable service, very kind, smiling and polite, good food (the only flaw was that the dishes were all a little salty, I'm not talking about cured meats and cheeses). It is located in a square in front of a church and the "Panorama" is very nice

The place is welcoming, the waiters are kind and punctual. Discrete plating, good quality of dishes. I give 3 stars for the perhaps a little risky combination of flavors (fillet with bagna cauda cream :-/) and for the price a little too high, also considering the portions. A complete lunch from starter to dessert has an indicative price of 60 euros.

Ci siamo fermati per caso e abbiamo fatto un'ottima cena con piatti piemontesi. Bevuto un buon vino consigliato dallo staff e il servizio è stato ottimo

Osteria in the town hall square of Moncalieri, I was there with my wife on the occasion of the last Flor market exhibition. Given the crowding, there was no room in the outdoor area, but we had lunch in a beautiful environment with exposed brick barrel vaults. The management is entrusted to a couple of nice guys, the dishes tasty and well cooked. Try it !

Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II in Moncalieri is certainly one of the most beautiful and richest squares in the Piedmontese panorama, the current conformation dates back to the early 1600s, with many buildings of high architectural value overlooking it. The tavern has tables outside which allow you to have lunch whilst admiring the unique architecture. An obligatory visit is to be made to the collegiate church of Santa Maria della Scala which can be said to be the most beautiful example of Gothic in Piedmont. Coming back to us, the menu of the tavern is essential but to be appreciated perhaps by dividing it on several occasions. The staff is welcoming and very efficient, 15 of us had lunch and à la carte, we made a mess and the waiters managed to serve us all without making the slightest mistake. The tavern proved to be worthy of the place. Excellent value for money, congratulations!

Abbiamo trovato per caso questo locale che si trova nel centro di Moncalieri. Il locale è molto carino e suggestivo, non molto grande. Abbiamo mangiato risotto e piatti della tradizione, compreso un ottimo bunet. Piatti curati e porzioni giuste, come anche il prezzo. Ottima carta dei vini. Personale giovane e gentile. Da consigliare
