It was so good we went two nights in a row!!
The service was great. Our server was very friendly and efficient. He told jokes and made recommandations. The food set the bar very high for the rest of our trip to Italy. The carbonara was the best we ever had, the cacio e Pepe was comforting and I have no words for the tiramisu. Yes it was THAT GOOD. We would 100% come back. If you absolutely want to eat there we would recommend making a reservation as this restaurant is often fully booked:)

Excellent food, courteous and attentive service... what more could you ask for? Upon entering, it feels like stepping back in time to old neighborhood taverns. The bill is in line with the quality of the food!!!

A very successful Sunday lunch.
The difficulty finding parking was compensated by the quality of the food. The place is a bit chaotic (perhaps a few too many tables), but overall acceptable for what it's called an "osteria."
Fettuccine with Fassona ragù and boiled meat "alla picchiapó" were the best dishes, but everything else we tried was excellent.
Recommended. Reservations required.

Simply fantastic! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I've eaten some of the best food in Rome here. If you don't come to Osteria Palmira, it's like you've never actually been to Rome!

I've eaten there many times, almost always for lunch. I think it's a great place to eat, and the staff is very friendly without being intrusive or overbearing. The portions are generous, and the flavors are bold. The menu has just the right variety, allowing you to do things well but still have a variety of choices. I won't say "I would go back" because I know I definitely will. In my opinion, it's the best restaurant/osteria in Monteverde.

Wonderful place. We finally found a place that made coratella, and I have to say we were very pleased. The meat was truly excellent and tender, and the products were generally excellent and high-quality. The staff was very friendly, which made the experience even better. The prices were very fair for the products. I have no negatives to say, highly recommended.
