Spectacular, I ate in a family atmosphere that filled my heart, thank you. PS: the menu varies but the chef always gets the right food at the right time. Service at the counter, top. Waitress, so to speak Ascoli, education, sweetness, I won't add anything else, you understand, she deserves it. Conclusion, go there. PSn.2: first-rate local raw materials.

On Saturday evening, four of us had the pleasure of having dinner at Osteria Palazzo Barberini. Located on the corner of a street in the historic centre, the restaurant welcomes you with an intimate atmosphere with attention to the smallest details, embodying an authentic and pleasantly rustic character. The staff's welcome is immediately warm and discreet, with a service that knows how to guide the customer. The culinary offering stands out for the quality of the raw materials and the attention to tradition, revisited with delicate inventiveness. At the start, the culurgiones filled with cheese, embellished with mushrooms and hazelnuts, delighted me with their balance of flavours. The carpacciated vitello tonnato was equally appreciated: an elegant preparation that enhances the freshness of the ingredients. To conclude the evening, a sbrisolona with pears and white chocolate, a dessert that proved to be a final treat, confirming the care that accompanies each dish. Osteria Palazzo Barberini thus proves to be a restaurant where tradition and innovation blend harmoniously, offering quality cuisine and a pleasantly genuine experience. Also noteworthy is the wine list, mainly oriented towards local labels, for which the innkeeper is available with expert and passionate advice. Thanks guys, see you next time 😁

Ristorante molto raccolto e accogliente (consigliata la prenotazione). Piatti con materie prime di qualità, impiattamenti carini e curati, porzioni nella media. A livello di sapori non ho trovato picchi di bontà né cose deludenti. Quello che ho apprezzato di più è stato il pan brioche con il baccalà. Gnocchi con la zucca non molto saporiti anche se di cottura perfetti. Dolci buoni a parte la Sacher che nell’impasto risultava compresso e difficile da deglutire, oltre che molto diverso dalla vera torta viennese. Prezzi medio alti.

Cercavamo su Internet un luogo dove mangiare bene e di qualità, ma soprattutto dove assaggiare qualcosa di locale. Ho trovato questo posticino piccolo (consiglio di prenotare) con tutti prodotti a km 0. Il proprietario ci ha consigliato un ottimo verdicchio con cui accompagnare i vari piatti, dai più tipici (come la polenta, lo stoccafisso o il coniglio marchigiano) ai più comuni, ma con un tocco di originalità. Le porzioni sono veramente abbondanti, tutto molto buono. Prezzo nella norma per quello che abbiamo preso e per la qualità del prodotto

We were looking on the Internet for a place to eat well and of quality, but above all where to taste something local. I found this little place (I recommend booking) with all 0 km products. The owner recommended us an excellent Verdicchio with which to accompany the various dishes, from the most typical (such as polenta, stockfish or Marche rabbit) to the most common, but with a touch of originality. The portions are really generous, everything is very good. Price normal for what we got and for the quality of the product
