A 10/10 lunch for both the welcome and the excellent food. Choice of excellent quality local foods. During the booking phase we did not communicate my lactose intolerance but despite this they found alternatives and were available to find solutions for me too. Highly recommended, just like feeling at home.

I had lunch here a while ago. I remember the goodness of the food but above all the fact of feeling "at home". Fair price, I will return as soon as I'm in the area.

Ottima accoglienza. Non c è menù alla carta quindi si mangia quello proposto dalla cucina. Antipasti con affettati e gnocco fritto, risotto con i funghi, cannelloni ripieni, pisarei e fasò, polenta con brasato e Zola, tartare di fassona, assaggio di formaggi misto e tris di dolci ,tutto.accompagnato da vino a volontà. Tutto ottimo. Esperienza da ripetere.

You arrive on the open space in front of the restaurant and you have to realize that this is the place (no sign). And in fact when they welcome you and serve you it's like being at home; but with extra cured meats (cup on everything, superb), excellent spinach and gorgonzola ricotta gnocchi (for gnocchi... even al dente!!!) and finally a top quality knife tartare. If we then add the pleasant chats with father and son and an old-fashioned price, well, the trip to Nicelli is worth it. !!! Well done.

Trovi la trattoria perchè entrando nell'unico spiazzo del minuscolo paese di Nicelli non puoi sbagliare, anche se non ha insegne. Ma quando entri sei accolto e servito come uno di famiglia. Spettacolari i salumi e su tutti una eccellente coppa (forse la migliore mai mangiata). Torta fritta, o gnocco fritto, o chisolini che dir si voglia croccanti, non unti, insomma super. Ottimo il primo e una tartare al coltello di grande qualità, condita con un grande olio. Caffè con la mokka !!! Prezzo d'altri tempi ! Insomma, vale il viaggio, anche perchè le chiacchierate con i proprietari, figlio e padre, valgono il pranzo. Bravissimi.

22/10/2024: Passing by on a motorbike, beautiful location overlooking Bobbio and Valtrebbia. Excellent home cooking, tagliatelle with fresh home made porcini mushrooms, pissarei and fasò.... Compliments to the courteous and helpful staff. Advised.
30/09/2024: BREATHTAKING location! Outdoors the landscape is crazy, and the farmhouse is nestled in a hill above Bobbio from which you can see the whole valley, and inside you can savor an elegant and comfortable rusticity, combined perfectly with the selected cuisine offered. We ate cold cuts with a first course, the only flaw was the cold cuts were too young, but everything else won us over :)

Chiere - Pane Pizza Piacenza

28/01/2025: Better to book. Pizza is good. Assortment a bit minimal. Drinks list small but ok for my taste. A good place for a quick dinner.
