Very good cuisine and pleasant regional white wine.
Thanks to our server Fahim who was attentive and efficient. It is thanks to him that I give a good mark, the reception given by those in charge having been cold, bordering on total disinterest!

Small portions, overpriced.
We were last night for dinner, the food was good but we had better in Rome, the waiter could have been more friendly.
The food was Okay, we did not left the place hungry but we had so much better food in a less price in other restaurants.

Small and very welcoming, I was able to enjoy an excellent starter and my amatriciana was excellent. Carbonara is also very good. The pasta was slightly overcooked

Fantastic service and best Carbonara we had during our 2-week trip!! Can highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome. We will definitely be back!

Stopped by for dinner during a work trip. The place is very small with few seats, better to book. At the entrance I was struck by a strange smell that I couldn't describe and which bothered me, but then I didn't pay any attention to it and the dinner went on well. Very courteous, very polite staff with whom it is pleasant to have a chat. There wasn't gricia on the menu, but when asked to make it they complied without batting an eyelid, and even though it was off the menu, it was really good. The desserts were also good. Good price, within the local average.
We will happily return!

L’Osteria Oliva e’ un posto romantico, dal carattere deciso e dal cibo buono. La musica non è solo da sottofondo ma fa parte del menu. Il servizio gentile, garbato e professionale. Consigliato.

Excellent en tous points...
Nous y sommes allés sur recommandation de notre hôtel et nous en avons fait notre étape du soir !!!
En effet, de l'accueil jusqu'à la fin du repas, il n'y a rien à dire... sinon que c'est délicieux.
Une carte simple : Quelques antipasti, 4 Primi et 4 secundi... et puis basta...
Nous avons gouté toute la carte et tous les plats étaient succulents !!
Sans parler des desserts !!! ou des vins servis au verre si l'envie vous en dit
Une cuisine italienne comme on l'aime avec du raffinement en plus... Pâtes, poissons, viandes... tout est bon... A faire absolument !!!
