Passing between Salerno and Naples, my partner, our two children, and I were drawn to the curious and inviting name of Osteria O Ciardin. It couldn't have been a more fitting choice. The interior is warm and welcoming (we'll return in the summer to enjoy the garden). The bathrooms are spotless and equipped with every amenity (from baby changing tables to hand cream and cotton wipes). The service is attentive and impeccable; the young lady who welcomed and served us was the highlight of the entire experience. The food is both refined and simple, with the appetizers being very interesting, and their cacio e pepe is a must.
A must-try!

This wonderful project has evolved year after year, and Luigi and his wife pamper their customers in this beautiful restaurant surrounded by greenery, located in the charming historic center and with convenient parking.

My mother and I were guests today at this osteria in the heart of Sant'Egidio Mont'Albino.
My review will, I think, be brief, as everything was incredibly excellent, from the welcome to the bill, and, no less importantly, the quality of the dishes and their preparation.
We were able to dine at a table near the open kitchen, where we appreciated, among other things, the cleanliness of the kitchen and its excellent organization.
As for the food, with a seasonal and carefully considered menu, we found the quality of the preparations surpassed only by the raw ingredients.
The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff were unparalleled.
The bill was in line with the quality of the restaurant.

I celebrated my birthday with our children, daughter-in-law, and son-in-law. It was a wonderful evening. They brought me a surprise cake with a candle. Everyone was very attentive to the service, the food was excellent, and the plates were all returned empty. As always, they pampered us.
