Osteria 'o Ciardin In Sant'egidio del monte albino

We visited Osteria 'O Ciardin on a Saturday evening with a reservation. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, and we dined in the outdoor garden. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The menu is based on seasonal produce, and we enjoyed two appetizers: the peach salad, a pleasant discovery, and the delicious sciurilli and zucchini parmigiana. For our first course, we chose delicious spaghetti with corbarino tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, with the typical sweet and sour flavor of this tomato, and a summery Genovese with fusillo sangiliano, much more delicate than the Neapolitan version, enriched with lemon zest and featuring the typical fusillo of Sant'Egidio. We washed it all down with a delicious Falerno wine. The bill was in line with the quality and deliciousness of the dishes we ate. Highly recommended for an al fresco summer dinner in a family-friendly setting.

Tutto perfetto... Posto tranquillo... Personale veloce,sorridente e gentile... Cibo più che delizioso.. Partendo dall'antipasto ai dolci...ottima scelta dei vini.. Prezzo onesto... Torneremo sicuramente....

Trattoria with typical cuisine. Well done

Welcoming atmosphere, traditional Campania cuisine with local ingredients enhanced with great passion. Must try the ciambotta and the squid and potatoes. Friendly and attentive service. We will definitely be back!
