Excellent food, all very good. Welcoming environment and staff. Perfect service. Truly recommended. Privileged location. Directly in the most beautiful square in Perugia.

I really appreciated the quality of the food and the speed of the service, truly remarkable. However, the owner's attitude was very rude, especially in chaotic situations. It's a shame, because the overall experience suffers. Excellent food, but the treatment leaves a lot to be desired

Stumbled upon it by chance without high expectations. And the case was very generous!! Extremely high quality of food. All locally produced, mouth-watering. A fillet that was butter, spectacular hamburger accompanied by absolutely delicious vegetables and potatoes. Informal and perfect service like this. Nothing to complain about.

From the galleria Nationale you need to walk left and left again (around the Sala dei Notari) to find the Osteria N 13 in a small hidden alley. Perfectly in the shade also in the early afternoon, a very casual environment and mostly local clients. We enjoyed a typical norcina natica ricetta (pasta with sausage) and spaghetti amatriciana (pasta with typical belly bacon and pecorino cheese), both super nice. Beer from the tap, later a good coffee - you don't need more to be at ease and super well feed. The service was quite attentive and friendly

16/08/2024: The landmark of the country. There are some tables outside, in the small square where the town hall is also located. We have been several times for breakfast and everything was very good. The idea of ​​displaying the almanac, always open to the current day's page, is beautiful. The bar also sells magazines and newspapers.
