04/05/2025: We saw this place the day we arrived but they were closing. The next day at lunch time there was such a long queue we decided to come for dinner..we arrived and the queue was again long but we waited. It was amazing. Food and service - our server Fabritzio was great - so helpful and friendly. The Pasta is homemade and fantastic. You MUST try it …. EXCELLENT

04/05/2025: Local near the two towers of Bologna. Inside you can both eat and buy their products. Fresh stuffed and non-stuffed pasta, sauces, broths and tigelle. We had lunch after waiting about 45 minutes, they don't take reservations. Wooden tables with simple but refined mise-en-place, with a ring of dried pasta to hold the cutlery! In the central room there is a large table suitable for conviviality which allows you to meet other diners. You order by writing your table number and the desired dishes on a piece of paper, choosing from the digital menu or from the one written on the walls. The cold cuts are good but not amazing, the tigelle are good. With the first courses they bring a sandwich and a side dish, included in the price like cover charge and water. Very good tortellini, thin pastry and nice filling, tagliatelle with ragù top! Very kind, dynamic and honest service in knowing how to advise. Advised
