Excellent restaurant with excellent ingredients, specialty meats. Reservations are required to secure a table. Service isn't great on Sundays, especially if the restaurant is busy. However, we recommend going early.

I don't think I've ever been to a fancy restaurant or a cheap osteria and had everything delicious, from appetizer to dessert! This little place was a pleasant surprise, beyond our expectations. Appetizer: homemade egg with truffle. First course: pappardelle with wild boar ragù and tagliatelle with fresh seasonal mushrooms. Second course: grilled sausage with chips (delicious) and spinach with butter and parmesan. The steaks looked delicious, but we were full. Dessert: tiramisu and panna cotta with strawberry sauce. A down-to-earth yet warm and welcoming osteria. Excellent food. The waitress was super helpful and friendly. Truly an unexpected place in the middle of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. If I were to pass by again, I would definitely stop by!!! Thank you so much!

Excellent trattoria. It's worth leaving the A1 Variante di Valico and taking the old Panoramica. Good food and friendly service.

The food is as good as it used to be. A small but very welcoming place. The staff is friendly and helpful. It feels like home. I'd been there about 4 years ago. And today I had a second order, which was a sure thing. I recommend it to everyone. Remember to book in advance because the restaurant is very popular.

17/02/2026: I think you can count on one hand the number of dishes so authentic that they make you want to eat again. Small, very warm location, generous and authentic dishes. A pleasant discovery.
10/02/2026: We went to this place for lunch two weeks ago. We had a good meal, and the portions were generous. The staff was very kind and attentive. However, there are a couple of "flaws" for me. First, our table was located under the stairs, so people were walking up and down above us, which was honestly not pleasant due to the noise and the fact that, if you looked, there were some cobwebs that, with the movement, could have landed on our plates along with any dust 😳. Second, the place was a bit cold, but maybe that's just our habit. We like to relax when we eat, and both of these points hindered that a bit. Anyway, recommended, perhaps in spring and at a different table.

05/03/2026: Good traditional cuisine and more. The beef tagliata was incredibly tender, and the portions were generous overall. A good selection of wines is also available. Special mention goes to the kindness of the entire staff, who make the place feel welcoming and like being at home.
