Nonna Gina was probably one of the most authentic meals we had in Siena. The handwritten menu changes daily, and you can tell it’s a true family-run place with a lot of heart.
We had the pici al pomodoro and pici with pork sauce both were simple, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. For dessert, we tried the zuppa inglese, which was also really nice. The house wine was smooth and easy to drink, and the staff was always smiling so warm and welcoming. It felt more like dining with family than eating at a restaurant.
The name fits perfectly it really does taste like something Nonna would make. This wasn’t just a meal, it was a true experience.

Fantastic. The atmosphere is that of Nonna Gina's time, fantastic food truly genuine. The owner of a unique kindness. Very rich appetizer full of local flavors, as well as the delicious pici all'aglione and the single-portion desserts. Highly recommended ❤️

Mayormente genial para mí. Restaurante cálido, acogedor y auténtico con excelente servicio. Para la comida - no disfruté mucho de la bruschetta. Cuando he probado esto en el pasado, los tomates han sido perfectamente condimentados, con pan más suave y sin queso. Los tomates estaban buenos pero no tan bien condimentados, mucho queso algo abrumador y el pan era bastante difícil de cortar. Los ñoquis estaban perfectos, con una salsa deliciosa. Los precios fueron aproximadamente promedio. Realmente disfruté de la parte principal, pero solo esperaba que la bruschetta fuera tan especial. Creo que vale la pena ir, solo mi consejo personal para seleccionar un entrante.

Situato nella parte alta di Siena, alla fine di via Stalloreggi, Nonna Gina è un ristorante di cucina locale, semplice, rapporto prezzo qualità interessante, fornisce anche un buon vino della casa, un rosso toscano adatto alla situazione. Menù con pochi piatti, tutti ben cucinati con porzioni adeguate. Ottimi i primi consigliati come specialità della casa, Gli gnocchi alla Gina (ripieni di formaggio e con una salsa dalla ricetta misteriosa ma buonissima) ed i Pici con un ragù di carne unito al pesto. Unica nota non allineata le cipolle al forno, normali rispetto ad un menù ben cucinato. Buoni i dolci proposti. Prezzo onestissimo. Consigliatissimo!
