"Osteria" with a summer terrace, an elegant interior, and refined, carefully prepared dishes. Perhaps because at the end of September, there was only one person in the all-purpose dining room and they didn't offer us a menu (all or none).

An experience bordering on perfection. A welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, impeccable service, and top-quality food. The price is absolutely right considering the quality of the food. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!!

Unusual pairings. I had a salad with chicken livers and orange. It wasn't what I expected, but it was a pleasant pairing. The rigatoni with goat cheese was delicious, and the marinated lamb was worthy of praise. Good and friendly service.

I returned to Alberto's for dinner last night, after a while. And it made exactly the same impression on me as it did the first time I went, many years ago: everything at Ninetta is completely magical. The ambiance, the service, the dishes, the wines. I have no recommendations: it's a menu to be explored far and wide, combined according to your mood or the season (everyone has their favorite foods: for me, cod). In 2025, the difference between those places "created" by a team of managers and those few imbued with the character of a chef is more noticeable than ever before: Ninetta is Alberto's idea. And Alberto is undeniably an artist. You sit down, and for a few hours you're sheltered from the world and that other enormous nuisance, time: the effect that works of art, great magic tricks, and well-told stories are supposed to have. By chance, my husband and I decided to take a tour of the Marche hills not far from home (we live in Umbria), and stopping to see the beautiful piazza of San Severino, we stopped for dinner at this Osteria. The place is enchanting from the moment you enter. The young staff are warm and welcoming, and the menu is fabulous. The number of dishes makes you immediately think that everything is freshly cooked and meticulously planned. Indeed, it is! We ate divinely, with exquisite flavors, and we also enjoyed the atmosphere, which was not at all noisy and with the tables just the right distance apart. We will definitely be back for dinner. Bravo!

Excellent restaurant. Meticulously presented dishes. Excellent quality. Generous portions. The chicken liver and orange salad appetizer, the duck breast with pineapple, broccoli rabe, and caramelized onions, and the lamb stew are all noteworthy. I also recommend the local Ciuco, a herb-based liqueur from the Marche region.

We had a divine lunch on holiday with friends. The welcome was excellent, the food was of high quality and the dishes looked like they were from a starred restaurant.

Oh my, those tortelloni are probably the best dish I've eaten in the last year. The melon gaspaccio is also memorable. The place is very beautiful and unique. Thanks also to Niccolò for his kindness ❤️

La perfezione, negli anni lo chef ha sempre portato dei piatti della tradizione rivisitati in maniera ineccepibile, caro addio e anatra super consigliati! Da notare anche una carta dei vini completa e location bellissima e curata! Consigliatissimo
