Award-winning owner and long-time chef. The ravioli were excellent, the cod was delicious. Excellent service, with a waiter who spoke Gambia. Highly recommended for a quality lunch or dinner.
Returning after 11 months, this time I had the polenta. I can honestly say I hadn't tasted polenta this good in three years; it was just like my mother used to make, in fact, much better. I also found the nervetti (veal nerves) for those who like them, which I absolutely love. I encourage all tourists to stop by this restaurant and try some F A B U L E dishes.

"Osteria" with a summer terrace, an elegant interior, and refined, carefully prepared dishes. Perhaps because at the end of September, there was only one person in the all-purpose dining room and they didn't offer us a menu (all or none).

Unusual pairings. I had a salad with chicken livers and orange. It wasn't what I expected, but it was a pleasant pairing. The rigatoni with goat cheese was delicious, and the marinated lamb was worthy of praise.

I returned to Alberto's for dinner last night, after a while. And it made exactly the same impression on me as it did the first time I went, many years ago: everything at Ninetta is completely magical. The ambiance, the service, the dishes, the wines. I have no recommendations: it's a menu to be explored far and wide, combined according to your mood or the season (everyone has their favorite foods: for me, cod). In 2025, the difference between those places "created" by a team of managers and those few imbued with the character of a chef is more noticeable than ever before: Ninetta is Alberto's idea. And Alberto is undeniably an artist. You sit down, and for a few hours you're sheltered from the world and that other enormous nuisance, time: the effect that works of art, great magic tricks, and well-told stories are supposed to have. Go there, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

abbiamo cenato da ninetta con una fame da lupi, dopo un giorno passato in visita a varie località nel marchigiano.
la cena è stata un piacevole ristoro, un ambiente accogliente e caloroso, ma riservato e dall’atmosfera intima.
abbiamo scelto due secondi di carne - carre di agnello e filetto di angus - che sono stati spettacolari: sapore avvolgente e deciso, aromi delicati e contrasti saporiti.
ottimi anche i vini, scelti su consiglio dei camerieri - sui quali, data la giovanissima età, desidero esprimere una particolare nota di merito: grande professionalità, grande savoir-faire, grande competenza.
tutto veramente perfetto.
