Appena fuori da Fucecchio si trova questo grande ristorante che produce anche un ottimo vino (noi abbiamo provato il Caselle, profumato e corposo). Ottimi i paccheri con ragù di agnello, buone le tagliatelle alla lepre ma molto giù di sale. Tartarre e galletto al mattone passati a pieni voti, dolci provati (babà e tarte tatin) nella norma.

Cena con amici. Conosco bene la location e ci sono ritornato dopo qualche anno di assenza. Il locale ha cambiato gestione e se ne apprezza la novità. Entrando si percepisce subito un'aria nuova, di cura del dettaglio e di attenzione verso il cliente. Il personale è cortese ed attento, mai invadente. Ti sanno consigliare. Abbiamo ordinato un'ottima fiorentina con un paio di primi ed antipasti. Tutto molto buono. Il conto è stato adeguato alle aspettative.
