A pleasant gourmet discovery! Strolling through the streets of the center, you come across this osteria, which is osteria only in name. The quality and presentation of the dishes are worthy of a high-end restaurant, desserts included. The tiramisu, even if you're not in Piedmont, is definitely worth trying.

This is what you imagine a successful dinner in a restaurant to be: exceptionally friendly service, time for the guest, two wines to taste, a beautiful, cozy ambiance, and—not to forget—a very delicious dinner: tuna tartare, trofie al pesto Genovese, and a tiramisu variation. A clear recommendation.

Excellent lunch for four, featuring fresh, well-prepared fish. What initially seemed like slow service was actually meticulous attention to detail. I believe nothing is pre-prepared, but everything is made to order, cooked to order, and synchronised with the table orders.
My only criticisms were the table setting, which was set directly on the table without a tablecloth, placemat or runner, and the ventilation, which, for a long, narrow restaurant, was barely adequate on an early September morning.
Definitely worth returning for.
