Are you going to Milan and want to eat Milanese? This is the right place. It looks like a real tavern from 40 years ago. Very kind owner and staff. Excellent and plentiful Milanese cuisine. Sitting next to us was a couple whose man was a nice character from the Milanese musical scene. Risotto with good osso bucco and so much that I couldn't finish it. Mondeghili of the best tradition. Well done. Wine by the glass. Honest prices. Oss bus we will return every time we are in Milan

Intrigued by the good reviews, I booked for dinner at this restaurant. Super welcome, young, friendly and absolutely attentive staff in dispensing advice, the dishes starting from the famous Milanese mundeghili and moving on to risotto with ossobuco prove delicious. Donkey stew and braised meat with porcini mushrooms and polenta, judged .......sublime. To finish, the homemade desserts are a real delight. Thank you for the kindly offered limoncello. Five well-deserved stars, absolutely recommended. See you soon!!!!!

In the heart of the Navigli, exactly on the corner of the historic Via Magolfa, here is a trattoria where you can eat well the typical cuisine of the Milanese tradition with a decidedly interesting quality-price ratio. I ate with a friend an excellent risotto with truly delicious ossobuco and a casserole with polenta for the other diner, equally tasty. The choice can range from classic meatballs to schnitzel but also special dishes such as risotto with snails and other delicacies. Friendly and attentive service and the owner Francesco demonstrates passion and care in his work, aware that a customer must not only be won over but convinced to return to these tables soon and he certainly succeeded with me. Highly recommended... p.s.: I almost forgot, generous portions. Excellent desserts.

We didn't like the food, not because it was bad but because in the end it was not to our liking. The service was exceptional and so was the atmosphere.

Overall, great experience! We had dinner here for a friend's surprise birthday, we were a large and noisy table of people but the waiters were still very punctual, kind and friendly with us in trying to satisfy all our requests. We stayed in the room downstairs, which was perfect for us since we were a large table of people, perhaps if I had dined with just 2 or 4 people I wouldn't have liked it instead. Coming to the food, I have to say everything was quite good although nothing crazy or particularly moving, some of the second courses I tasted - perhaps the braised meat - were a little stringy, my pappardelle with mushrooms was good but really too soaked in oil. However, it is a place that I absolutely recommend, especially for informal occasions like ours, I'm counting on the average for Milan which is no longer surprising but if we stop for a moment to think, paying 51 euros for a main course, a few appetizers shared between everyone and wine is really an exorbitant price.

Good food, friendly and nice staff

I dined at this restaurant in Navagli District, and while the experience was mostly good, there were a few hiccups. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, the restaurant was quite crowded, and it took a long time to place our order. Despite repeatedly calling the staff, they seemed overwhelmed and rushed, which I understand given the crowd. Once we finally placed our order, the food arrived quickly, but they missed some details. For instance, we ordered a glass of wine that never made it to the table. The food itself was good and decent. The highlight of the meal was the tiramisu, which was absolutely amazing. The portion size for the tiramisu was generous and perfect for sharing. Overall, it was a mixed experience, likely impacted by the timing and high crowd, but the tiramisu made it worth the visit.

Una strepitosa sorpresa in un locale un poco decentrato su una traversa del naviglio piccolo… gentilezza cortesia velocità , ottimi piatti , sorrisi e bontà la fanno da padroni.. servizio e cucina eccellenti … sarà la nostra tappa fissa nelle prossime visite a Milano…
