Small restaurant hidden in a small street near the navigli! Fewer people as a result, the staff is very friendly. We were able to taste Milanese specialties including ossobucco with risotto which was a delight! The prices are lower than in other restaurants in the area and yet the food is delicious and perhaps even more than in certain restaurants that are certainly better located but which inflate the prices for their location!

We cannot complain about this place, good service, good portions and prices in line with the quality.
We went for two typical Milanese dishes: Rissoto Milanese with oso buco (20 euros) and cotoletta Milanese (20 euros).
The risotto was good, but the flavor was quite simple for me. However, the osso buco was very tasty.
Regarding the cotoletta, the flavor was delicious and it was very, very soft. I loved.
They also gave us some delicious complimentary bread rolls with salami.
I recommend it 😀

We went there twice because we really liked and enjoyed it on the first visit. Prices are reasonable. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was very good. House wine was absolutely okay. Dessert didn't go in. We were fed up.

Che sorpresa!
I just arrived in Milano and I was walking around in the Navigli area and I was a bit hungry a I passed this restaurant. Good Milanese food.

Excellent dinner a few steps from the canal.
Tavern dishes in name and in fact, delicious and large portions.

The magic of Milan's culinary tradition permeates the walls of this small but fascinating venue. The kind and helpful staff welcomed us in the best possible way, offering us typical dishes with a great variety. We opted for the risotto with ossobuco and sautéed rice, both extremely good and which made our taste buds explode: tender ossobuco and rich in meat placed on a risotto cooked perfectly and creamed to perfection; the sautéed rice had a perfect edge and a creamy yellow rice interior. Super abundant dishes.
Perhaps the choice of desserts remains a little poor, but the sweet salami, fresh fruit sorbet and house tiramisu were divine. He highly recommended it, even if you have to make a reservation.

I had one of the best dinners during my 3 week solo trip all over Italy at this restaurant! I was welcomed so warmly by Roberta and her husband. Sometimes traveling alone and eating alone gets, well, lonely - but not at this restaurant! I had the tomatoe salad, osso buco risotto, and tiramisù, and it was absolutely delicious. The portions were very big and I couldn’t finish it and Roberta packed it all up for me and made sure I had cutlery to bring with me back to my hotel. The meal ended with a shared limoncello. If you are in the Navigli area, definitely go to this restaurant . ROBERTA IS A QUEEN! Thank you for such a memorable meal.

Simpatica trattoria senza pretese, sembra di andare a casa di una zia e mangiare quello che ha preparato in famiglia. Ottime le cotolette e le polpette, un po’ meno il bollito misto. In ogni caso valido posto e buon rapporto qualità prezzo
