Osteria Micheletti an experience! Delicious food with special twists, efficient and friendly staff! If you happen to be in Pisa you absolutely have to try it.

Small restaurant that offers modern and refined cuisine, which winks at fusion, but without exaggerating. The menu is (fortunately) very small and all the dishes we tried were well thought out and plated. Even the service in the room is at the same level, with staff trained to advise you, while still leaving the right amount of privacy during dinner. In short, it was a nice surprise for us and I really consider it an excellent gourmet restaurant to try and recommend.

More than an osteria, here our Italian cuisine is sublimated, with elegant combinations of always new and original products, congratulations to the owners Stefano and Patrizia, without forgetting to mention the chef Diego, thanks for the nice dinner

Un posto dove tornare sicuramente....

Luogo e contesto molto ben curati, confortevoli e intimi in cui si respira un'aria di familiarità. La selezione delle portate nel menù è molto oculata (dagli antipasti ai dolci) e sono veramente ben presentati e buoni. Potrebbe sorprendere visto che di solito si è abituati alla quantità dei piatti, ma si vede che qua si punta soprattutto sulla qualità. La carta dei vini è molto ben fornita e divisa per regioni (bianchi, rossi, rosati, bollicine, ecc.). Non ultimo (anzi): il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e dai modi garbatissimi! Grazie!

Ottima qualità degli ingredienti abbinata a piatti non comuni, ricchi di sapori ben equilibrati. Servizio cortese e molto attento. Per gli amanti del vino, vasta scelta con possibilità di menù degustazione dove viene abbinato il vino alla portata. Consigliatissimo!!
