Excellent restaurant with a balanced menu of delicious yet simple dishes. Recommended are the tuna millefeuille and the crème cotta with salted caramel.

Unfortunately, my Christmas lunch was an unpleasant experience. I called to ask if it was possible to have a vegetarian menu, possibly with fish, and the answer was no problem, in fact, I can indulge myself. The price of the menu was €60, drinks not included, and we were told that they would give us a discount... moral of the story: 4 courses that could have passed for vegetarians because they were on the normal menu with vegetables and cheese. I must point out that we, there were 3 of us, were not given the vegetarian menu. Our 3 friends were given the Christmas lunch menu like all the other diners. Instead of the crostini with salmon, we were given a raw artichoke salad, then risotto with pumpkin, which I didn't have because I'm intolerant. I had gnocchi with castelmagno cheese, as a second course, a vegetable burger with cooked vegetables, which I didn't want, and to finish, a slice of artisanal panettone... moral of the story: at the time of payment, €60. per person, when we mentioned the discount, the response was, "Well, it's Christmas!" So if because it's Christmas I have to spend the aforementioned amount to eat next to nothing, I'll go to a place where they have a vegetarian menu with the option of fish and spend €30/35 max...never again."

An excellent restaurant where the chef and staff meet the needs of the customers. Highly recommended.

Excellent lunch at this trattoria in Borgomanero. The restaurant is informal, well-maintained, modern, welcoming, and stylishly furnished. Service is prompt, and the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The dishes are excellent and carefully crafted, and the menu is varied, offering dishes ranging from fish and meat to traditional local favorites. The wine cellar is excellent. The restaurant is very quiet, a pleasant place to relax and chat with other diners. Prices are average and consistent with the menu. I recommend booking as there are limited seating. Highly recommended if you're passing through Borgomanero.
