It was good but not very good, the pasta had an excellent flavour but the carbonara didn't have a creamy egg and the amstriciana didn't have much sauce.

First time at this family-run tavern, known to friends upon recommendation. We delighted in enjoying porchetta, a PGI in name and in fact! The ricotta with honey and all the cured meats and cheeses were excellent, as were the first courses (pappardelle with wild boar, carbonara) and an excellent mixed grill with broccoli as a topping. To finish, some homemade desserts (tiramisu in every variation: Classic or Nutella). We were greeted by the host with warmth and even had assistance finding parking on a crowded Saturday morning in Ariccia.

E’ sempre una piacevole conferma questa “fraschetta “ sita sotto al ponte di Ariccia. Il locale, diretto con cura paterna da Goffredo, si presenta come la classica osteria, con tavoli e sedie di legno. Anche di sabato sera il servizio è rapido ed efficiente: gli antipasti sono arrivati dopo pochi minuti dall’ordine ed i primi dopo un quarto d’ora . Il vino della casa è ingannatore: bello fresco va giù bene, ma dopo ti presenta il conto. Immancabile negli antipasti la porchetta: come la fanno ad Ariccia non ha avversari. Poi ho preso pappardelle al cinghiale che era fresco di giornata. Tornerò certamente.
