Excellent, everything very good, quality, prices, porchetta must have, cured meats made by them.
Abundant first courses tasted cacio e pepe and amatriciana, one better than the other.
The desserts were delicious, we took the creme brulee 🥰🥰

Typical Roman fraschetta in Ariccia. High quality local products expertly prepared. The first courses are very good, the cured meats are excellent, especially the small ones. Prices are more than honest (in my opinion only the cutting board is too expensive, 11 euros seems really excessive considering the quantity offered). The owner is very kind. I thought I would receive at least the free coffee I found on my bill, or that the house would at least offer me a bitter... in a fraschetta it should almost be a "duty"... but it doesn't matter, I would still gladly go back

Since I met the owner Federico I only go to his fraschetta because it has quality products, the service is impeccable even though there are always people there, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is very good.
I recommend you take the starter of cured meats and cheeses paired with hot dishes such as meatballs with sauce, carbonara and amatriciana are my favorites as first courses and finally the desserts are very good.

I'll just tell you that we sat down at 1pm and at 1.47pm we finished everything.
Everything was delicious, fast, and the guys were really nice and polite.
I went to this place today for lunch, the porchetta is fabulous... obviously.
The platter was very full, and even with the samples we took we left full... the price? Optimal.
I really liked it a lot. Thank you !

Nothing to say about the food, the carbonara is amazing and the starter of cold cuts and cheeses is excellent. The service is good, with friendly and joking staff as is typical of fraschette. One small hiccup was that we had to wait a few minutes outside in the heat before we could be seated, even though we had a reservation. The bill was perhaps a little excessive given that the 4 of us spent just under €100 taking two appetizers to share and a plate of pasta each, drinking only water

From Treviso to..Mastro Titta. Simply the best fraschetta in Ariccia!! The owner - with the "crew" - and the food of the tavern is a high-scoring combo. All delicious. From the mixed starter to the main courses (4 mixed grills) passing through a revisitation of tiramisu (coming from the birthplace of this dessert): a slow and delicious discovery of various flavours, accompanied by a delicious homemade Romanella (I took 5 to take away to take them to Treviso and have them tasted 😅). We will definitely return as soon as we come to Rome again.
P.s. The owner, so kind, immediately satisfied our 3 year old (Nathan) as soon as we sat down with an oil and parmesan pasta and a very personalized dessert ❤️

Mastro Titta is now a favorite stop when I pass through Ariccia. Last times, June 30th and July 1st with my family. Problem with the car in Fiumicino, I manage to get to Ariccia to find a mechanic and above all because I know that Mastro Titta is a guarantee for quality and quantity.
Everything was delicious and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Carbonara, Gricia, Amatriciana are the best for me and my family. Definitely try the meatballs with carbonara heart... DELICIOUS!!!

Lovely sparkling wine...top!
But the real queen is the porchetta... it melts in your mouth!
What can I say, when I eat at Mastro Titta... even though I'm from Bari... I feel a bit Roman too.

Ristorante tipico dei castelli romani, locali denominati in gergo "fraschette". Tavoli dentro e fuori, pareti affrescate, finestra che da' sulla cucina (a vista, particolare apprezzabilissimo) a forma di ghigliottina. Il nome del locale è infatti ispirato al più famoso boia della storia papalina. Personale attento e premuroso, bagni molto curati (altro particolare che la dice lunga sullo standing del locale), prezzi abbordabilssimi. Per cominciare un antipasto molto ricco con vari salumi, ovoline di bufala, formaggi stagionati, coppiette di suino, fagioli con salsicce, trippa alla romana, e un bel piatto di porchetta IGP, che è il preparato per cui Ariccia è famosa in Italia. Notevole. A seguire, rigatoni alla gricia per i miei commensali e degli ottimi tonnarelli cacio e pepe per me. Fantastici anche questi. Il tutto innaffoato da un bianco secco dell' azienda agricola Cianfanelli servito alla mescita. Infine un buon caffè, un amaro e una sbriciolata alla Nutella, buona ma che poteva essere maggiormente sbriciolata. Straconsigliato, da ritornarci
