29/12/2024: VERY SATISFIED right from the moment we entered the restaurant the staff was friendly but polite and accommodating, the protagonist of course is Paolo and his delicious food, right from the moment we entered the place was very nice and quite large, some might not like it but we love this type of sincerity towards the guests diners, without having ordered and paid for them, we are brought bruschetta and a cheese whose incredible story is soon told by Paolo himself who delights the entire room with the story of how a single dish found in a poem has come back to light thanks to his studies. for the rest excellent food, exceptional desserts, hospitality as you will have understood without flaws and a bill that is consistent with the name hostaria, even if for the experience we had we could have spent much more, but this is the style of this place , we will certainly return
