I can't say enough good things about this place! The food is truly excellent: the appetizers were freshly made by the lady at the counter (who was also very attentive to my needs, as I was pregnant), and the ingredients were top-quality. We continued with the tonnarelli cacio e pepe, which was simply divine. And to finish? Taralli al vino, simple yet fragrant and with a delicate flavor. I can't recommend this place enough. We had a wonderful time, the staff was super kind and helpful, and the quality/price ratio was more than fair. I will definitely return on my next trip to the Castelli Romani!

The owner gets too confident and is in a hurry

My boyfriend and I went for lunch, and I have to say it was exactly what I expected. We had a porchetta and coppiette appetizer, which were truly excellent, and for our first course we had the carbonara, which was spectacular, the best I've ever had, with an incredible creamy sauce. For the final touch, we had a very special crumble. An experience I absolutely must repeat.

The owner is super kind and very attentive to the dogs, a wonderful thing I'd say these days and much, much appreciated. The porchetta was very good, not the typical one you find everywhere; the meatballs were very good, and the tripe was very good. The appetizer was definitely something to complain about. Moving on to the main course: we had a carbonara and a grissini. I must say they were very good, the creamy carbonara was excellent, the guanciale was very good, a truly flavorful dish. The grissini was also flawless. The tiramisu was also very good. Everything was perfect for us, we ate outside, especially since the weather was nice. Service was quick despite the crowds, everyone was attentive and kind. But I repeat, the owner was truly a gentleman with our poodle. Thank you for the wonderful day you gave us. The price was more than fair.

We were there today with our dog Brick. The owner greeted us with extreme kindness, especially towards our dog. We had a wonderful time. The appetizers were excellent (I especially loved the tripe) and the first courses were delicious. The tiramisu was delicious.

We were late for a visit and called this restaurant. The welcome was very kind, to say the least, even though the chef had already left. We had a ham and cheese platter, a delicious porchetta platter, a bottle of beer, a bottle of water, a coffee, and a very light tiramisu. I highly recommend it, even just for the kindness and professionalism. Very reasonable prices.

È difficile scrivere qualcosa. Dico solo che mi sono emozionato per tutte le carinerie del personale... Sono davvero uscito con le lacrime agli occhi. Ho letto alcune (pochissime!) recensioni negative che mi sembra parlino di un altro mondo, totalmente estraneo a questo straordinario locale. Del cibo non parlo nemmeno... Bisogna solo sperimentarlo. DICO SOLO... GRANDIOSI! Peccato solo la distanza da dove vivo... Mi faccio portavoce di tutto il gruppo di amici. Bravi. Posti così fanno bene alla salute...

Cominciamo dai pregi, i camerieri molto gentili, la comanda gestita in tempi relativamente brevi nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno! Location carina devo dire. Chi era con me ha preso melanzane alla parmigiana porzione non abbondante ma buona, chi ha preso pasta e carne ha detto che erano buone! Il vino anche era buono, io ho preso una scamorza con funghi che ho trovato squisita, mentre le patate al forno e la verdura ripassata devo dire niente di che. Il dolce invece una crema catalana, veramente buono. Insomma più luci che ombre, se le porzioni fossero leggermente più abbondanti sarebbe sicuramente meglio.
