One of the best osterias I have been to in Italy, and I have been to a lot.
Fantastic local produce, clean flavours, great execution, reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

It's an osteria, or rather a restaurant, in a charming village 700 meters above sea level in the Aosta Valley. It's all stone, with a fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere. The lady who runs the dining room is friendly, and the dishes are all fresh and delicious. We had a lard platter with chestnuts, polenta concia, and two plates of straccetti with creamed toma cheese and leeks, both excellent. For dessert, a delicious pistachio tiramisu. Coffee, water, and a beer for two cost €70. Everything was good, so I think the bill was reasonable. I recommend it.

Wonderful place. Very good cuisine, unique yet simple. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and very skilled at cooking the dishes on the menu! It's worth stopping by and trying. I'll definitely be back.

A beautiful place full of charm, tastefully decorated. The selection of wines by the glass is very popular, the menu is tempting with typical recipes from the Aosta Valley. The regional specialty dish is excellent, the homemade pasta delicious, a small downside for the tagliata which was not very appetizing (it was swimming a little too much in oil), the Parmigiana was very good. A pleasant place, attentive service, go there if you want to taste the excellent cuisine of this Valley.

I was there last year, and this year too they lived up to my expectations. Traditional Aosta Valley cuisine with an innovative twist. Excellent. Plus, it's located in a stunning medieval village.

Passing through Perloz, the great reviews drew us to this magnificent place. We found a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, innovative and excellently executed cuisine, and above all, the kindness of the owner, Caterina, who made our time truly enjoyable.
We couldn't have asked for better.

Beautiful location, converted from an old underground tavern/cellar, perhaps in need of some refinement, but very charming.
It's nice to have this quality in small towns where perhaps few people would visit.
Very high-quality food, excellent value for money, I'd say.
