Osteria Mansio 1695 In Perloz

Lovely little osteria in a lovely little mountain village. Excellent ingredients and perfectly cooked. Nice and informal ambience.

First day on our hike through the Val de Lys. What an amazing culinary start! Self made pasta with light touch, very refined. Great handcut tartare. And don't miss the dolce, the pistaccio tiramisu is yum. Last but not least, a lovely service.

I'll start by saying that, unfortunately, we had high expectations given the number of reviews and the high rating, and that's always a risk. The service was excellent; the girls were courteous and friendly, and really did their best; the price and atmosphere were in line with expectations. I'm not giving the food a 5 because the main courses could definitely be improved, which I agree with. The pork tenderloin, in particular, lacked flavor (the meat itself, the sauces were fine). The trout also had the same problem; the outer crust had all the flavor, while the rest of the fish tasted like water. If it had been just my opinion, I wouldn't have mentioned it, as it could have been my problem, but if 4 of us had the same feeling, perhaps there's room for improvement. The selection of cheeses with honey and jam was excellent, as was the Prosecco and red wine we were served. The desserts were also good, with simple, delicate flavors.

Welcoming and well-kept place. Excellent food, prepared and described with “passion” by the owner. Also try the typical Umbrian dishes….We stopped here for lunch on a weekday, Thursday, July 3rd. We recommend this restaurant and will return with our friends.

An authentic place! Everything we ordered was of high quality. I loved the service from the nona. My only regret was not having a bigger stomach to order the rest of the menu.

One of the best restaurants I've been to! Very very nice and welcoming place, excellent local food and fantastic service. The waitress advised us on the choice of some dishes which all turned out to be delicious. We will definitely be back☺️

We had dinner at the Mansio 1695 restaurant. We tasted typical Aosta Valley cuisine of the highest level. It was a very pleasant evening, both thanks to the atmosphere and the service offered. Really honest prices. Highly recommended.

Un posto molto accogliente non rumoroso. Il cibo molto buono camerieri molto disponibili proprietaria gentilissima. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente merita.

Posto meraviglioso…la signora è splendida, gentile e molto disponibile… Ci sono stata per lavoro e ci sono ritornata MOLTO volentieri con la mia famiglia.. Bellissima esperienza. Rapporto qualità prezzo 100!
