Place discovered thanks to the reviews otherwise difficult to find if not in the area, having said this everything takes you back to times gone by where the care and attention to food and service has been lost, the location is worth the visit, and the dishes are truly delicious and served with care, excellent wine and beer, the slightly increased prices are worth it, you dine without having to look at the clock but it's part of the atmosphere, very good in everything, compliments, highly recommended

Excellent food: a mix between Perugia e Valle d’Aosta. The ingredients they use are of super prime quality and local. The place is just a gem. We loved the tagliata.

Located in an old stone house of a small village located in a secondary valley that opens above Point Saint-Martin, which reminded me very much of the atmosphere and sensations of the valley in which my home town is located, I immediately liked the restaurant very much. Despite the first impression on the outside, once inside the interior amazes thanks to an "industrial" style which is very very welcoming. Here you can find traditional local dishes and wines from the Aosta Valley, which are modified according to the season, served in a modern way with informal portions reminiscent of the mansio, the rest stop for travellers.
Absolutely recommended to experience the flavors of the area.

Location particolare, un misto di antico e moderno, è stato piacevole fermarsi qui in una giornata molto piovosa. Un bel camino acceso e un atmosfera accogliente. Carne salada al Bleu ottima, Straccetti al porro e crema di toma squisiti, Carbonade superlativa, dessert curato e altrettanto buono. Abbiamo trovato cortesia e disponibilità e il prezzo è commisurato alla qualità offerta.
Abbiamo incontrato qualche difficoltà a trovare il posto, per chi non ci è mai stato potrebbe aiutare qualche piccola indicazione in più.
