Il Ristorante rimane un pochino nascosto e non ha un proprio parcheggio, quindi si può parcheggiare lungo la strada che è a senso unico. Il locale è piccolo ed è più una trattoria con un'atmosfera informale e piatti tipici. Il proprietario è alla mano. Il cibo è buono, consiglierei il risotto e le fettuccine viola, non le fettuccine al ragù. Prezzi nella norma.

We had dinner at this restaurant intrigued by the positive reviews and we can only confirm them. Abundant and exceptional dishes, excellent service, very honest prices. The only flaw is the somewhat hidden and isolated location, but once you enter you feel at home. Compliments!

Very friendly place, exceptional home-style hospitality, huge and above all good and quality portions, helpful and friendly staff, really top, we are not from the area but if very well in Perugia again we will definitely return

I went for dinner on Saturday evening with my husband and daughters, very welcoming place, friendly, helpful, courteous and fun staff, fantastic dishes. Excellent quality! Fair price! Highly recommended!!

Abbiamo cenato con amici da Mangiafuoco; l'esperienza è stata positiva. Il menù è piuttosto vario, e comprende piatti tipici umbri e no, i prezzi sono relativamente contenuti. Simpaticissimo l'oste, forse un poco distratto nella comanda. Buono l'antipasto Mangiafuoco, non troppo piccante Primi e secondi ordinati da noi erano buoni, con margini di miglioramento. Il torello alla perugina, in particolare, aveva la base piuttosto " secca". Migliore decisamente la torta al testo. Dolci nella media.

22/04/2025: clean place, impeccable welcome, excellent food. The restaurant is located in the center of Spoleto, it is intimate, welcoming, charming and the staff deserves a 10 for kindness and skill. I recommend it, it's a true excellence of the place.

26/04/2025: An authentic and delicious dining experience at "La Porrina"! I recently had the pleasure of having lunch at the "La Porrina" restaurant and was extremely satisfied. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service immediately made us feel at ease. We enjoyed a selection of dishes that highlighted the authentic flavors of the local cuisine. The Pasta and Lentils were simple but full of flavour, while the Tomato Bruschette (two portions!) were a triumph of freshness and flavour. The Salad Mix offered a nice contrast, and the Grilled Vegetables were cooked to perfection, retaining their natural sweetness. A real highlight was the Caciotta, a delicious local cheese. The Pasta Tartufo was an explosion of aromas and flavours, a truly memorable dish. The Mushroom and Truffle Pasta was also delicious, a perfect combination of ingredients. To end on a sweet note, the House Cake and Sorbet were a worthy conclusion to an excellent meal. We accompanied everything with four coffees, perfect for finishing our lunch. The total bill of €119.50, with a VAT of €10.86, was absolutely honest considering the quality of the dishes and the service received. Electronic payment was quick and convenient. I highly recommend "La Porrina" to anyone who wishes to enjoy true Italian cuisine in a hospitable and authentic environment. An experience to repeat!
