The appetizer was very good, the staff were friendly, but out of six dishes, three weren't what we ordered, but we kept them anyway. Despite everything, when paying, he made sure to point out that what we'd received was still better than what we'd ordered (p.s. I wanted the pasta with brie fondue, so it doesn't matter if it wasn't as good). Overall, a pretty pleasant experience, with excellent bruschetta oil. The location is a bit unusual; in fact, the hotel advised us not to walk there.

From the outside, you don't see the full potential of the restaurant, but once inside you are surprised by the welcome and the kindness of all the staff. The cuisine is simple and good from starter to dessert.

We had a wonderful time, enjoying generous, high-quality dishes! The atmosphere is informal, like an old-fashioned trattoria. Homemade, tasty cuisine.
We recommend the mushroom and truffle dishes and the potato with béchamel and truffle.
The staff is welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a lovely evening (and the complimentary grappas!)

I can only give 5 stars to this wonderful place, which I discovered by chance while passing through Perugia. If you want to enjoy traditional dishes and enjoy the owner's friendliness, you absolutely must stop by.
We had an appetizer of exquisite cured meats and cheeses. They brought us homemade bread that was simply amazing. Then we moved on to the main courses, with a grilled fillet that melted in your mouth (even if it was cooked as I'd asked for) and a truly delicious mixed pork grill (this meat was also tender).
Unfortunately, we didn't try anything else because we were full, but we'll definitely be back, even if just passing through, to try other dishes. Excellent value.

A no-frills restaurant...the area isn't great, but parking is easy 50 meters away. We had a good appetizer, two decent first courses, a second course, drinks, and three desserts, spending a total of €79. Recommended if you're not looking for a refined atmosphere.

Il Ristorante rimane un pochino nascosto e non ha un proprio parcheggio, quindi si può parcheggiare lungo la strada che è a senso unico. Il locale è piccolo ed è più una trattoria con un'atmosfera informale e piatti tipici. Il proprietario è alla mano. Il cibo è buono, consiglierei il risotto e le fettuccine viola, non le fettuccine al ragù. Prezzi nella norma.

Abbiamo cenato con amici da Mangiafuoco; l'esperienza è stata positiva.
Il menù è piuttosto vario, e comprende piatti tipici umbri e no, i prezzi sono relativamente contenuti.
Simpaticissimo l'oste, forse un poco distratto nella comanda.
Buono l'antipasto Mangiafuoco, non troppo piccante
Primi e secondi ordinati da noi erano buoni, con margini di miglioramento.
Il torello alla perugina, in particolare, aveva la base piuttosto " secca".
Migliore decisamente la torta al testo.
Dolci nella media.
