Aspettative deluse per questo locale, che - sebbene di aspetto assai curato - offre cibo da osteria (con tutto rispetto) a prezzi da stellato (o quasi).
La carta dei vini (unica nota distintiva) arriva su richiesta dopo l'ordinazione e il vino viene versato direttamente senza nemmeno farlo assaggiare...
Personale distratto e composizione dei piatti da rivedere: nel complesso non lo consiglierei.

This is definitely not your average place. It stands out for its top-notch food and wine offerings. You can see and feel the experience of the team, family-like yet competent and professional. The dishes are carefully crafted and carefully crafted, satisfying to the palate. The quality-price ratio is excellent.
There's no other place in Rome with a wine cellar like Carlo and his sons', not to mention the selection of spirits. You'll find the hard to find at very fair prices. A neighborhood place that has all the credentials to aim for the stars. In reality, they don't care about frills; they just want quality, quality, and more quality. Well done.

Poerio Restaurant is unexpectedly a jewel of Rome, refined taste for the sophistication of unusual food with bold and delicate combinations, for the choice of a wine list of national and international wines and spirits, which make this corner of Monteverde a beacon of wisdom also for other sommeliers in Rome. Passion, class, kindness but also perfect organization. From booking to greeting, you are always pampered and perfectly served. Also excellent for work evenings, with well-calibrated corporate treatments. Thank you for a beautiful evening.

A Hidden Gem in Monteverde! I had a truly wonderful experience at this lovely restaurant.I enjoyed perfectly fried calamari & prawns, light, crispy, and full of flavor. For dessert, I had a baba'which was delicious, everything paired with a lovely glass of local white wine, finished off with a rich espresso.Wow! I loved the fact that most of the guests were local Italians and not tourists. The service was excellent, both the waiter and waitress were kind and very professional. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant, where you can enjoy a great meal and relax in a beautiful and warm atmosphere. Grazie mille!

Eten was best lekker. We kregen bij het stukje vlees geen friet. Ook was de pasta erg zout. Om nou voor een biertje 10.00 euro te betalen en voor een glaasje wijn 9.00 vind ik een beetje te gek. Ook werd er een fles water neergezet en brood. Daar betaal je gewoon ook voor.
