New place, very well kept and a first-rate culinary experience. Friendly staff and attentive to customer requests. Account adequate for the treatment received and the excellent quality of the raw materials. Highly recommended for those who want to try a type of restaurant different from that offered by local restaurants. I will definitely return.

A few meters from the Janiculum a high-level Osteria. Excellent quality of the food and refinement of the dishes which present, every time, delicate and balanced flavors that are never out of tune. Wide selection of wines and spirits that pair with homemade desserts. The owner Carlo advises his customers with punctual precision, demonstrating his great experience in the sector. The team that moves between the tables is his family who serves customers with professionalism and kindness. Rating: 10. 👍🏽 not only for the high quality of the food but also for the design and care of the place which in this period is fundamental and doesn't hurt! As always, excellent food and tasty and original dishes of the day... like this "Salmon millefeuille with fresh burrata..." 😋 and then the newly renovated main room... lovely! Thank you

What for me was probably one of the best taverns in Rome, with refined and very good cuisine, excellent wine list, prices consistent with the quality, attentive service, very kind staff, very nice venue, unfortunately it had to adapt to the times and therefore the relationship between quality and price has been somewhat lost. For the rest always good, but prices definitely too high. Sin.

Cenone di capodanno 2025. Sapevo di andare sul sicuro, in un ristorante che posso considerare ampiamente 'rodato'. Materia prima come sempre di alto livello. Accostamenti ingegnosi e ben riflettuti. Locale accogliente, a tre passi dal Gianicolo, che mette a disposizione dei curiosi un personale squisito e preparato. Nota di merito alla cantina, a dir poco sterminata (cena conclusa con armagnac del 1987, consigliato dal mêtre). Che dire di più?

Locale piccolo, molto carino e curato, la parte più interna poi, cosiddetta "cantinetta", dà ancora più intimità e riservatezza. Qualità del cibo veramente soddisfacente, a partire dal cestino del pane...mai visto uno così ricco e "particolare" per il contenuto oltre che per la bontà. Servizio gentile e giusto nei tempi. Per gli amanti del "bere" una varietà di vini e distillati da perderci la testa visto l'imbarazzo nella scelta. Prezzo leggermente elevato ma la qualità del cibo fa chiudere un occhio. Consigliatissimo !!!
