Original restaurant built in a modern-grandmother's house style. The menu is quite varied with nice variations (swordfish scallops, for example) and appetizing appetizers. Unfortunately, the taste of the food served does not always satisfy the palate, the service is friendly but with the doors always wide open, at some tables you suffer from cold drafts.

The food was mediocre at best. While they excel at fried dishes, one might question why one would choose a restaurant for such fare instead of opting for a street food stand. The staff were very friendly but clearly lacked proper training. They were unfamiliar with their own signature dishes and worked inefficiently. It was frustrating to watch them deliver water and every dish in a single trip, rather than providing prompt service.

Everything fresh and with excellent flavours

We decided to have lunch in this little place in the center recommended by our friends who live in Palermo. The place is very nice and we also liked the things we tasted. We liked the order management a little less and the lack of attention to the customer at the checkout. In fact, we had asked for 4 "pariedda nica" of fried pasta but we were told that it was not possible to have 4 single dishes because the kitchen was unable to manage the order (unthinkable in my opinion for a place like this). So they brought us the version for 4, to share. It's a shame that when we asked for the bill, we realized that we had counted the cost of the single dish and not the "u parieddune" version which has a lower price than the single dish. When we brought this up to the cash register we immediately noticed a bit of hostility and little willingness to listen. For our part, it wasn't the difference of a few euros that changed things but the way in which we were responded to was certainly not polite. It would have been enough to simply apologize for the mistake.

The food was interesting and probably typically Sicilian not really good. The atmosphere was simple, exciting and somewhat alternatively rural.

Locale informale, ci siamo stati due volte di passaggio, nel 2024 e ora nel 2025. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti per le scelte fatte nel menù offerto, anche perché sapevamo cosa trovavamo. Mi spiace dirlo, ma di negativo, abbiamo trovato peggiorato il servizio dei camerieri stranieri, perché un po' lento e distratto, rispetto a un anno fa. Conto nella media.

Lugar con ambiente muy siciliano para comer platos auténticamente locales. Recomendable como entrante el Tagliere di Mangia&Bevi y el Sedanini alla norma
