The Italian roast beef was exceptional and very well prepared.
The service of the two young waiters who served us was impeccable.
The place was quiet, well decorated, and in a wonderful location.

Solid Roman cuisine in Piazza Pasquale Paolo across the river from V-City and Castel Sant'Angelo. It's God indoor and outdoor seating (no air conditioning) and the menu is traditional roman food, classic pastas, steaks and side dishes. I got the taglia di manzo (sliced grilled beef) with arugala and cherry tomatoes and roasted potatoes. My friend got the carbonara tonarelli, and sliced grilled beef steak with mushroom sauce. Simple and delicious!

A small osteria just a stone's throw from the Vatican, discovered by chance but a very pleasant surprise! We tried the authentic carbonnara pasta, which was delicious. The only downside was the unfriendly waiter...

Steak restaurant for locals (menu only in Italian). Quite nice location right at the foot of the bridge to Fort St Angelo. Basically there are 2 types of beef: Italian and Danish. Steak is very skillfully made, sold at least 500gr. The restaurant has an additional performance of using a blowtorch to burn the fat that melts into the meat to increase the deliciousness and fattiness. Beafsteak Tartar is also very delicious. The beef is tender and sweet. I ordered a bottle of Don Rocco from Montepulciano for 50E to pair with these 2 delicious steaks. The outdoor table is airy and enjoys the wind from the Tiber River. A wonderful and memorable evening and meal in Rome.

Il servizio è stato veloce al punto giusto, cortese e simpatico, anche con il nostro bambino. Abbiamo preso due ottimi primi: un tonnarello cacio e pepe e un'amatriciana con rigatoni (richiesta accolta senza problemi). Come secondi, abbiamo scelto delle polpette e una trippa: quest'ultima aveva un sugo un po' troppo dolce per i miei gusti, motivo per cui non do il massimo dei voti. Buono anche il dolce.
Dando un'occhiata agli altri tavoli, la specialità sembra essere la griglieria: da provare! Carina la location, sia all'interno che all'esterno.

Gran ubicación al otro lado del Tíber desde el Vaticano. El servicio, el valor y el ambiente estaban muy por encima de la media. Polpette al sugo es varios restaurantes italianos. . . allí estaba el mejor. Excelente post - comida vaticana!
