We ate well, especially the excellent frico the polenta with sausage and smoked ricotta was good, the portion perhaps a little small. excellent desserts. I didn't particularly like the wine. the prices overall quite good. Nice typical rustic place, very kind owners and excellent service, I definitely recommend it.

A no-frills, no-pretentious tavern, a pleasant and welcoming environment, in the middle of what, until a few decades ago, was the countryside on the outskirts of Udine and which has now become a residential area. Simple dishes that are affordable for everyone.

Osteria di quelle locali, belle e buone. Fuori città, fuori dal caos, tradizionale. Cucina friulana molto semplice, indubbiamente una garanzia. Porzioni sufficienti: con vi alzerete con la fame ma adeguatamente sazi. Arredamento caratteristico. Prenotazione raccomandata.

Local tavern, beautiful and good. Out of the city, out of the chaos, traditional. Very simple Friulian cuisine, undoubtedly a guarantee. Sufficient portions: with this you will wake up hungry but adequately satisfied. Characteristic furnishings. Reservation recommended.

Lo consiglio, tipica osteria friulana, semplice e accogliente. Ottimi piatti , super la Karbonara friulana variante del noto piatto romano. Posto piccolo e molto ben curato, servizio all' altezza delle aspettative. Un tuffo nel passato. Se volete un ristorante stellato accendete la TV, sedetevi sul divano e guardate una delle tante trasmissioni di cucina. Questo posto è bello perché è tutto l' opposto. Molto attenti anche con chi è celiaco, sanno di cosa si tratta e come gestire la cucina.

09/03/2025: We were there for lunch, the place is an old-time trattoria, the kind of place I generally like a lot. I find it absurd that there is no paper menu and consequently you don't know the price of what you are ordering. Good tagliatelle with mushrooms, starter with good cured meats but small portion while I found the pickles simply unpresentable. Exaggerated quantity and perhaps (I didn't ask) industrial and not of their production. The situation has definitely improved with sliced ​​and grilled meat, well done and of good quality. We didn't take desserts as we only had frozen ones (and even in this case, without a menu you don't know the price). Overall I think it's a good place that needs some adjustments, first and foremost the paper menu.
