I had a truly wonderful meal at this osteria! The dishes were tasty, prepared with quality ingredients and with attention to detail. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and quick in their service, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, perfect for a relaxed lunch. Highly recommended: I'll definitely be back! 🍷🍝

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you want to enjoy authentic cuisine, like grandma's, Osteria Lo Bianco on Via Belgio is the place to be! Simple dishes steeped in tradition—both from Palermo and Rome—prepared with quality ingredients and truly generous portions. With an average cost of around €20 per person, you can eat more than well, and they even cater to those on a diet. The pizza is excellent, too! Maître d' Angelo, "il Baffo Messico" (the Mexican Mustache), and his colleague Francesco, "il massimo" (the best), welcome and advise with discretion, understated friendliness, and professionalism, making every visit a pleasure. A place where you can eat deliciously and feel right at home. Highly recommended! The average price, including house wine served at your chosen temperature, is €20 per person. Excellent value.

A rather basic restaurant. I ordered a mixed fried fish, a pasta dish with broccoli, and a glaze. The fried fish consisted of squid rings, half a baby calamari, and two sardines. The rings were most likely the frozen ones, breaded and pre-fried; the rest was passable. The pasta dishes arrived: the broccoli ones weighed at least 150g, while the glazed one weighed no more than 60g. I pointed out this discrepancy between the two dishes to the waiters and was told another half portion would arrive shortly. Half an hour passed, but this half portion never arrived. I told them I no longer wanted it and headed to the cashier. I also pointed out the mistake with the pasta and was offered a small €3 discount; at least they made up for that slightly. I wanted to try it and don't think I'll return; there's definitely better in the city. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to take photos, but the review is accurate.

The waiters' service was excellent, and the dishes were excellent, from pizza to pasta, even to meat and fish main courses. Unfortunately, the only downside is the lack of air conditioning, which is completely absent.

Honestly, the best meal I had in Palermo. Friendly service, quick and delicious dishes. Not to mention the prices are SUPER affordable and the portions very generous. Would definitely come back!

26/10/2025: A typical seaside restaurant, with a simple yet welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and tidy; it's not overly detailed, but it's not minimalist either: it conveys a sense of authenticity and familiarity that immediately puts you at ease. The restaurant stands out for the quality of its ingredients, with well-executed, tasty, and well-balanced seafood first courses. The second courses are also excellent, especially the shellfish, carefully cooked and elegantly presented. The service was punctual, friendly, and always available, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The pizza is also worth a mention: light, well-cooked, and made with good-quality ingredients: an added bonus for those seeking an alternative to seafood without sacrificing flavor. The prices are reasonable and perfectly in line with the quality and level of service offered. I highly recommend booking, as the restaurant is very popular, especially on weekends. Kudos to the owners for their management and their evident commitment to maintaining the overall high quality of the experience. A place worth trying and, probably, revisiting.
24/10/2025: The staff is friendly, very attentive, and always ready to serve. This is my third time here, and they never mess up a single dish. The excellent hermit crab appetizer makes you want to cancel your first or second order. Well done.

11/11/2025: Sunday lunch... Positive experience... I'd call it the best à la carte restaurant in the area!! You'll just have to try it to appreciate the excellent cuisine at this location. Appetizers: Delicious squid ink arancini Excellent first courses... Spaghetti with squid ink Scialatiello... Congratulations 👏 💯 I highly recommend it.
28/10/2025: Very good restaurant with very professional service. Magnificent terrace on the edge of the sea. The interior room is nicely decorated but not very practical to reach via a staircase that could be improved.
