Spectacular cuisine, very relaxing place, all seasoned with a welcoming atmosphere.

First visit. We stopped only to enjoy a Cimbrian beer at the end of a circular tour that starts right near the restaurant to touch the Lausen refuge and the Parpari plain.
Tavern in Piazza di Giazza, next to the trail signs. Nice and very popular place.
Second visit. The restaurant's prices are reasonable, excellent in relation to the quality. Specialties: grilled trout and Brogna sheep dishes. I ate from the appetizer to the second course based on sheep and it was all really delicious! The service was also excellent, prompt and available also in providing information.
The third visit, June 2025, confirms the previous opinions.

We ate on Sunday outside of opening hours. We took the cold cuts and cheese board with giardiniera, the homemade desserts are delicious! The service guys are all young, good and fast. The environment is clean. The location is very central. Recommended
