Simple and genuine environment. Sublime tagliatelle del carbonaro, melted cheese with mushrooms and polenta, salmied venison with polenta... delicious! Top cooked vegetables. Very honest. Highly recommended.

I have passed through this beautiful town of Giazza many times but I would never have thought of stopping to eat, perhaps because I am always passing through and constantly visit the surrounding mountains. Today we went to eat, intrigued by the posts on Facebook, and it was truly a pleasant discovery, very good food. in a beautiful context and I also purchased a culinary souvenir, a classic panettone packaged right in this place, what can I say that same evening I tasted it, it was a real delight, I think I will become a regular customer, I recommend them to those like me who have never stopped to eat, just for a coffee before an excursion.

Tipica osteria di montagna, un posto semplice dove si mangia bene. Consiglio la trota ai ferri e gli gnocchi di malga. Buoni anche i dolci fatti in casa. Torniamo sempre volentieri!

Un pranzo tra amici con una vista suggestiva. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo,dagli antipasti al dolce tutto molto buono. Allego qualche foto sui piatti. Pasticcio al radicchio,maccheroncini con farina di castagne,ovetti con tartufo e dolcetto 😍

Trattoria Pizzeria Al Capitel

23/02/2025: The restaurant at Capitel is our fixed point for family gatherings. My favorite dishes when we come here are the truffle tagliolini in a parmesan crust, the earthenware pizza, the chocolate cake and the crunchy millefeuille with cream and strawberries. The menu in general includes first and second courses based on both meat and fish, traditional pizzas and "coccio" pizzas, where the pizza crust is folded and smoked cheese is placed inside. The desserts are also excellent and worth trying. All the ingredients are top quality and you cannot be disappointed.
16/02/2025: Excellent fish cuisine, generous portions and friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely be back to try other dishes, we loved it, 5 stars deserved!🌟

16/03/2025: One of those little local restaurants you dream of wandering into. We had no expectations, it just happened to be next door to where we stayed, but boy did we get lucky. Wonderful food, very affordable wine, and amazing service. Of all the places we ate in Verona, this is one of two that we would not hesitate to return to.
