One word to describe the village of Celle, the inn and the manager: delicious! Vegan restaurant: for those who are vegan it's ok, for those who are not, it's still a positive experience!

I stayed in this splendid inn and tavern, with my dogs. Two regenerating days in absolute relaxation, away from the frenzy, in this wonderful village. There are many walks to do and they are all marked and indicated. Umberto, the manager is a very attentive, friendly and professional person. You feel at home. His cuisine is worth trying! A place I highly recommend.

We had lunch at L'iero d'Eima, it was a very pleasant surprise. The dishes were well presented and above all delicious. We didn't know the menu was vegan. Umberto has a very strong empathy, a romantic taste and is exceptional as a chef. We will return and if you pass through Celle in Val Varaita, don't miss the opportunity to eat at the Osteria "L'iero d'Eima".

Wonderful little place in the mountains: excellent vegan dishes and a warm and discreet welcome from Umberto who, with his passion for cruelty free cuisine, doesn't make you regret the usual traditional cuisine... definitely a place to return to😊

Two nights here regenerate the mind, body and spirit. The structure retains the charm of the old houses and tells of the recovery interventions that have transformed it into a welcoming solution where you can spend a peaceful stay in the Valley. The tavern offers tasty dishes, perfect for discovering new flavours, with ethical respect for every creature. Umberto is helpful, kind and a pleasant interlocutor. There is no shortage of good literary suggestions to draw on and some furry friends always looking for cuddles!

15/06/2025: Restaurant-Pizzeria... Very good dishes and top fried food. I had the pleasure of dining at Perlage Restaurant and my experience was really positive, deserving a solid 4 stars. The food was exceptional. In particular, the octopus appetizers were delicious and cooked to perfection, a great start to the evening. Every dish we tried was high quality and prepared with care. The only aspect that disappointed me a little was the embarkation, which I found not up to par with the rest of the experience. Despite this small inconvenience, I highly recommend Perlage for those looking for excellent cuisine and authentic flavors. Also, the kindness of the waiters and promptness worthy of note.
02/06/2025: Absolutely wonderful!!! I would like to give 100 stars!!!! The quality of the food was very high and you could feel all the attention and love of the chef in the dishes. I think one of the best restaurants ever. You can't miss it!

Ape Wine Bar

25/08/2025: This restaurant is operated by the Contorato Winery. It serves lunch during the tour tasting. Beef tartare from the Piedmont region and wines from Alta Langa were served, but the pairing was disappointing. The Epikaiser was actually better than the beef tartare. The ravioli wasn't anything special, but it was a nice, appetizing experience. The third course, the steak, paired with La Spinetta's Langhe Nebbiolo, was excellent. Because the wine was young, it had a fruity flavor, making it a perfect pairing with the less-succulent steak. The panna cotta served for dessert was delicious. I didn't have high expectations since it was a restaurant during the tour, but it exceeded my expectations.
23/07/2025: Refined and chic atmosphere! Their Aperol Spritz is the best I've ever had...and it knocks you out! Highly recommended for an aperitivo. We haven't had the pleasure of trying their food.
