I have dinner with my partner and our dog. The place is lovely. The food is really good and, of course, cruel free. I drank a Dolcetto that tasted like poetry. I would love to return and maybe stay in one of their rooms so I can visit the valley. Well done, well done 👏👏👏

Charming tavern in the hamlet of Celle. Umberto, manager and chef, prepares refined and delicious dishes for a gastronomic proposal that is a journey through flavors to discover and all without harming the animals. We went to eat every night of our short break. I can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night in this small village surrounded by nature and mountains, ideal for those who need to unplug and stay in silence for a while. We were received by Umberto and his dog in his tavern, a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. And what about the cuisine: Umberto serves 100% vegetable dishes, created with care and dedication, he dedicates himself to the self-production of cheeses, yogurt and tempeh, all sensational. Refined wines and bitters, all always in line with love and respect for the environment and animals. The dinner and breakfast dishes are plentiful and the price for half board is more than honest. Realities like this deserve to be supported and supported and I wish Umberto all the success he deserves! We will see each other soon.

You find yourself in a village, Celle di Bellino at 1600m, eating excellent vegan dishes, where the all-round innkeeper/chef manages this very welcoming and nice little restaurant, what can I say, everything is excellent and plentiful, we also had the opportunity to stay overnight in a very welcoming and clean and taste an excellent breakfast. Congratulations for everything, and also congratulations for proposing a more niche cuisine (give me that) in a mountain location where it would be very simple to propose polenta and game, greetings to the next Umberto!!

Bellissima location montana e un ristorante che non propone il solito menù montano a base di carne e formaggi! È stato piacevole scoprire la cucina vegana in un posto dove non te la aspetti ma che mancava. Si mangia benissimo, piatti ben cucinati e gustosi. Hanno anche una cantina fornita e l'ottima birra Krauss. Ci torneremo con piacere. Ah, dimenticavo: il paese di Bellino è da cartolina.

Ristorante vegano di ottimo livello dove è difficile immaginare di trovarlo, in una piccola baita ristrutturata in una deliziosa frazione montana: ero stata lo scorso anno, si conferma una “perla” gastronomica per varietà e qualità dei piatti; servizio molto gentile. Bravi!
