My girlfriend and I had a wonderful dinner here on our trip to Sicily. The town is a classic, set in the beautiful mountains of Sicily. The food was outstanding, as was the service and the hospitality. We highly, highly recommend stopping here if you get a chance. Something different, away from the crowds, with a local feel.

We have eaten here several times before we even knew about the lovely inside. The food is outstanding and everyone was friendly. I am looking forward to eating here in the future.

Really good restaurant, we (parents and 3 teenage kids) loved it. Plus, we learned some history about the town and the other langages in which some street signs are written as well as the other langage they speak... very interesting! Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to have a good Dinner at this gorgeous place. The staff was excellent and the food even better!! BRAVO! When you are there let inspire you from the chef and take as dessert the cannelloni. Thanks for the tasteful Evening.

We arrived from Catania and we didn't know exactly where to eat, but from the outside it seemed like a good place to have a meal even if it was at 2.15 pm. The intuition was very right. The location was small but very well structured and welcoming, the staff was helpful and kind. We had two appetizers and two first courses, well structured and really very good. I highly recommend it! The owner, a guy, was really very kind and easy-going. It's absolutely worth it, well done everyone!

Siamo capitati per caso in questo locale, molto accogliente, essendo il 1°maggio e senza prenotazione , il locale era pieno,il proprietario è stato disponibile e gentile ci ha trovato un posto a sedere con dell'ottimo cibo, lo consiglio...

Piccolo locale rustico con una capienza di circa 30/35 posti, si presenta ordinato e pulito, buono il servizio svolto in modo cortese e presente.il menù non è molto ampio, prevede circa 4 antipasti, altrettanti primi e lo stesso i secondi, i piatti sono semplici ma gustosi, nessuna divagazione o abbinamenti improbabili. I prezzi sono medi, rispetto i prezzi indicati su trip vanno aumentati di circa il 40 %. Consigliato a chi cerca buona cucina ed un posto intimo e rilassante.

Trattoria da Salvatore

10/07/2025: Following a visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art (in Raffo), and with prior reservations, we had lunch for the first time at the trattoria "Da Salvatore." A place that, to be honest, feels more like a restaurant than a trattoria (refined furnishings, attention to detail), and yet it's run by Salvatore, a character who puts you at ease and empathetic from the very first moment. What can I say about the menu? It's simply rich, plentiful, and above all delicious, not to mention the staff (Giusi) who is helpful, courteous, and kind. The price was in line with the lunch (in fact, we expected a little more). The icing on the cake was seeing, prominently displayed (closed on the noticeboard), the (Official) Tapir statuette that Salvatore won for a fantasy football tournament. We will definitely return to this highly recommended "Trattoria." P.S. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
02/07/2025: Tasty appetizers, very Sicilian from the Madonie, which alone are worth the dinner. Generous portions. And then the meat, cooked on the grill, strictly of local origin. All with pleasant background music.

Ristorante Palazzaccio

05/08/2025: The place was really nice and the food was excellent. It's a shame about the service...the two kind and friendly waiters were inadequate to handle the busy restaurant.
19/07/2025: Every mouthful was a delight! Expensive for Sicily but worth every Euro. The mixed appetisers were particularly delicious! We were outside in a side street, not photogenic or pretty but enjoyable.
