The menu isn't overly extensive, but the quality is excellent. I recommend the cappelletti in brodo, which are as delicious as the ones I've eaten at home. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the price/quality ratio is excellent. I recommend parking at the barracks and walking to the restaurant from there.

Osteria Le Cesarina is a true gem nestled in the historic center of Fano. From the first moment, you sense genuine customer service: the service is excellent, the staff is excellent, qualified, and always discreet. The restaurant is very tasteful, intimate, and well-maintained. There aren't many seats, but the tables are well-spaced, allowing for privacy and a relaxed atmosphere—something you wouldn't expect. Regarding the food, my wife and I chose passatelli in fish sauce. A perfect choice, both for flavor and presentation: they're served in a sort of pan that enhances the dish. Inside, you'll find clams, well-cleaned prawns, crab, and a rich, fragrant sauce. The only thing that could be improved is the temperature, which was slightly warm when served, and the pasta was overcooked. To follow, a mixed fried Adriatic fish dish accompanied by battered vegetables. Truly excellent: a balanced fried dish, perfectly crispy, flavorful, and above all, not greasy, a sign of great attention to detail in the kitchen. To Drink: A GLASS of Verdicchio wine (Castelli di Jesi) To finish, the unmissable Moretta, a must-try in Fano, paired with an amaro. The total bill was €55, absolutely in line with the quality of the experience offered. An osteria I recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for well-crafted seafood, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere in the heart of the city.

A very cute place in an alley in the center of Fano, small and super cozy. The staff was extremely kind; they pampered us and made the dinner truly enjoyable. I wasn't crazy about the food; the fish entrees were very greasy and you couldn't taste the fish. The octopus with potatoes, however, was very good. Special mention for the fact that they had gluten-free pasta!

We booked for 9:30 PM, but unfortunately we had to wait over an hour due to a mix-up with our reservations. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but at least a small gesture of compensation, such as a discount on the bill, a complimentary coffee, or a digestif, would have been appreciated. The food and atmosphere were still pleasant, but this delay somewhat detracted from the overall experience.

I liked it, excellent cuisine and well-kept environment

A very nice restaurant; I went there for my birthday. The appetizers and seafood carbonara were truly delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived almost an hour late and they didn't say anything. Plus, when my girlfriend asked for a last-minute sweet with a candle for midnight, they even turned off the lights and put on a song in the background without anyone asking. Excellent! I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
