I traveled 1,200 km and more to eat at La Vecchia Fontana...just kidding, recommended by my brother who had been there and highly recommended. Excellent advice and no disappointments. A lunch with Salento flavors inspired by the past. Appetizers...the first and second courses were plentiful and went down wonderfully, even with the "scarpetta" (a kind of bread) to be mopped up. If you love traditional cuisine, freshly prepared, simple and with the flavors and aromas of the place, this is a highly recommended osteria. I also thank you for the friendly and helpful welcome. We went to this osteria attracted by the positive reviews, and our expectations were fully met! A simple and very welcoming place that makes you feel at home—just what we were looking for. The dishes were delicious and the portions were so generous, we couldn't finish them all 😅, and the owner, at our request, kindly prepared a tray for us to take to the beach the next day. Our palate was doubly satisfied! 😋 The price was reasonable, and the owner even offered us a complimentary amaro. We can't recommend it enough. Thank you!

Everything was good. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. The staff were friendly and polite. The only issue was that the toilet flush didn’t work properly and the toilet paper had run out.

Eenvoudig restaurant in Supersano met slechts vier tafels binnen. Op het dakterras zijn nog wat tafels, maar dat zat er tijdens ons etentje niet in (muggen, kou) Het eten is eenvoudig, maar smaakvol. De eigenaar maakt het iedereen naar de zin en probeert aan alle speciale wensen tegemoet te komen. De prijzen zijn zeer acceptabel (goedkoopste restaurant inbreker weke. Italië). Frequento questo ristorante da quando ero piccolo e ogni volta è un piacere tornarci. La cucina è quella tipica salentina, autentica e abbondante, con piatti sempre gustosi e ben curati. Salvatore, il titolare, è una persona gentilissima, sempre disponibile e accogliente, che riesce a farti sentire come a casa. Un posto a cui sono molto affezionato e che consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza genuina.
