Excellent dinner with authentic flavors and traditional dishes on the terrace of a small village. Abundant and quality food at very reasonable prices. Very efficient and attentive service. A true hidden gem.

A characteristic place and family atmosphere, searching on the internet I decided to go a few more kilometers but I must say it was worth it, excellent appetizers, varied and typical of Salento cuisine, a first course of fish created by the owner Mr. Salvatore spectacular, all served on the terrace in the cool under the moon, without confusion and pampered by the staff. Therefore highly recommended and definitely worth returning also for the excellent quality, price and courtesy ratio.

Definitely recommended 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 Five stars are far too few. For us, this was the best restaurant during our stay in Puglia. The food was so good that we became repeat offenders and came back the next day. Salvatore gave us a warm welcome and just as warmly advised us on the menu - typical local 👍 😋 dishes and served us. And the food, what can I say, it was simply divinely delicious. If the journey ✈️🚘 wasn't soooo far, we would come here more often. But true to the saying - you always meet twice in life - we will gladly come back when we are in the area. Salvatore's passion and dedication are evident in the quality and preparation of the food. Thank you Salvatore 🫶 I still dream about the delicious meals 🥰

As always in Italy, we were looking for a restaurant that serves dinner relatively early. After a long search, we stumbled upon this small but exquisite osteria. It was definitely worth it, as we were warmly greeted at the door by the owner himself, who seems to have found his passion in his restaurant. The food was outstanding, and he gave us good advice. It tasted so good, and we were so satisfied with everything, that we returned the next day. We can recommend this osteria with a clear conscience 👍👍👍 and wish you bon appetit 😋

Eenvoudig restaurant in Supersano met slechts vier tafels binnen. Op het dakterras zijn nog wat tafels, maar dat zat er tijdens ons etentje niet in (muggen, kou)
Het eten is eenvoudig, maar smaakvol. De eigenaar maakt het iedereen naar de zin en probeert aan alle speciale wensen tegemoet te komen. De prijzen zijn zeer acceptabel (goedkoopste restaurant inbreker weke. Italië). Kortom: een aanrader

Lo chef, attento e disponibile, c' ha servito piatti abbombanti e succulenti! Primo piatto (spaghetti cozze e vongole) e dolcino (stuzzicheria marocchina, con miele e semi di sesamo) più liquore alla liquirizia (offerto dalla casa), tutto squisito ed abbondante, a 18 euro! Ci ritornerò volentieri!
