excellent tavern in supersano. we went for dinner, a little small place but really tasty and above all very abundant dishes! we had appetizers and first courses, the tagliolini with truffle is highly recommended. excellent value for money. must try!

We had lunch on Boxing Day with some friends of mine... the first impression as soon as I entered was that of HOME, of a family environment... wonderful! The owners welcomed us very well and what can I say about the food, everything was really good... we will definitely return... highly recommended 🔝🔝🔝🔝❤️

Having stumbled upon this typical Salento tavern in the heart of Supersano by chance, we were welcomed by the owner, Mr. Salvatore, who was super friendly and we immediately felt at home. We started with a typical Salento appetizer consisting of pittule, potato panzerotti and artisanal arancini, sautéed turnips with fried bread, snapping tomatoes, grilled and battered vegetables, all accompanied with bruschetta bread. Then we tasted the first courses and had some grilled fillet that was simply fantastic both in terms of flavor and cooking. We concluded with the always delicious desserts. In the end I feel like advising everyone to stop by Mr. Salvatore because it's really worth it!!

Piacevole soggiorno presso questa tipica trattoria salentina dove si possono assaporare i sapori più arcaici del posto. Salvatore, il proprietario, disponibile e simpaticissimo, ci accoglie e ci serve tutte le sue creazioni culinarie! Consiglio vivamente questo posto!

My family and I went to this wonderful little restaurant on two separate occasions, and what can I say... there aren't many places like this anymore. Fresh, genuine food and an environment that makes you feel at home! The owner is very kind and super helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely return

Simply spectacular! The food is excellent and plentiful. We had a delicious starter, first course and second course. Super sweet. The owner is a wonderful person who makes the atmosphere welcoming and joyful, offering healthy laughter. Absolutely recommended!

Come da titolo, confermato e migliorato in tutto. Antipasti della casa freschi e abbondanti, come abbondanti sono stati i primi. Grigliata di carne cotta a meraviglia e soprattutto genuina e saporita!!! Vino della casa fresco e fruttato. Conto onesto!!! Consigliato!!!

02/02/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Danilo Osteria Creativa in Matino, and the experience was extraordinary. True praise goes to Danilo, the creative and passionate creator of the fish cured meats that we enjoyed as an appetizer: a unique and irresistible proposal, which tells of the love for the sea and craftsmanship. The seafood amatriciana was able to win me over with its perfect balance between tradition and innovation, while the tuna steak, cooked masterfully, proved to be tender and tasty. To end on a high note, the Frisamisù, a surprising dessert that reinterprets the classic tiramisu in a local key, leaving me literally speechless. Congratulations also for the attentive service and warm welcome. Offishine is a pearl not to be missed!

17/01/2025: The top of the top. A family from the owner to the staff. Various experiences from having lunch with the family, to sharing with friends, to celebrating life and family milestones. Try it to believe it!
08/01/2025: The stay was a pleasant reconfirmation and it is not the first time I have brought a group to this structure, always kind in their welcome and immediately ready for customer requests. Clean rooms, perfect bed linen and towels. The thing I like most is the shower, large and relaxing thanks to the play of lights. Breakfast is also varied, plentiful from sweet to savory, a small gem is the good cheeses, ricotta and burrata. The only flaw is the waiting time for dinner, which was repaid by the good quality of the food and a beautiful musical evening. We'll see you soon with other groups
