An excellent culinary experience.....large variety of first courses, second courses and various side dishes. Very high quality of food. Professional and dynamic service. I highly recommend for refined and demanding palates. Restaurant equipped with a rich wine shop.

Truly excellent cuisine. From appetizers to desserts, everything is top quality. The kindness and quiet environment are a much appreciated plus. Very honest price. Advised!

Gastronomic highlight of the day. A great welcome, a delicious meal and the icing on the cake was a tiramisu with a score of 10/10. Bellissimo!

Excellent throughout. Impeccable product quality, advice and service – and therefore not cheap. However, the water should be recognizable as real premium mineral water... as in many restaurants in southern Italy, we overlooked that.

Wow oh Wow, the food at this osteria is unbelievable, we had a wonderful time here , with beautiful food, great service , would highly recommend a visit for dinner to Osteria Valle !!

Tutto buono camerieri velocissimi ed educati qualità e prezzo buono in 3 abbiamo speso 99 euro un antipasto abbondante 2 primi 1 tagliata patate al forno 2 dolci caffè acqua e vino. Bellissima scoperta

Nous avons trouvé cet excellent restaurant grâce à Tripadvisor. Enfin un restaurant ouvert le midi.!! Merci ! Excellente qualité des produits. Nous n’avons pas été déçu. Les commentaires sur TripAdvisor étaient vrais ! L’anti Pasty avec un dessert suffisait. Mais on a voulu goûter les pâtes fraîches maison. Excellent vin blanc de la maison !!. Grande finesse de cuisine pour un prix très raisonnable. Nous recommandons. Vivement possibilité de manger à l’intérieur ou en extérieur. 2,50 € de Coperton.

26/07/2024: A beautiful experience, both from a culinary and human point of view. First of all, thanks to chef Luca, his wife and all the staff, people with whom I would sincerely enjoy going out to dinner. Then in dishes all with rich, complex but never arrogant flavours. Almost a star comfort food. As a Piedmontese I really, really appreciated boiled tongue. I wouldn't have been ashamed to do an encore.
21/07/2024: Very welcoming and intimate place, however, the dishes spoke for themselves, describing Puglia, its lands but above all the sea 🌊. At the beginning we expected a classic service like in a tavern but the delicacies and small courtesies of the waiters spoiled us to perfection. Congratulations to all the staff and to the legendary chef/sommelier who took us on a journey among the Apulian vines with delicious wines that matched the dishes 💚 We will definitely be back on another occasion ☺️
