We returned after a year, and I must confirm that the food is divine! You could tell from the bread (which was delicious) that everything was going to be top-quality. It's our go-to place when we're in Cisternino or the area. Highly recommended!

Good selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. Good choice of wines also. The pacheca steak (Brazilian steak) is amazing, way better than Miller & Carter and other UK restaurants I've eaten at. So good I went back a couple of days later. Option to eat outside or inside. When anywhere Cisternino you must eat here.

Una scoperta splendida! Un ristorante trovato per caso e che ci ha entusiasmato. Abbiamo notato una gran cura dei piatti, delle ricette e delle materie prime. Si vede che c'è uno staff che cura anche l'innovazione di ricette tradizionali senza stravolgimenti ma con grande professionalità. L'antipasto della casa è stata una bellissima sorpresa con prodotti locali ma anche un buonissimo sformatino di zucca accompagnato da riso venere saltato, poi cozze gratinate, salumi, gamberi in tempura e altro che ora non ricordo. Ottimo il primo di linguine e tonno e i secondi, straccetti di capocollo e bombette croccanti. Personale gentile, professionale, prezzi adeguati. Straconsigliato!!
