Excellent traditional Roman cuisine, impeccable service, but if you put me at an indoor table the air conditioning must be effective... we had a nice sauna

Last night I had the pleasure of eating a nice plate of carbonara at this tavern. Nothing to say. An exquisite dish, excellent and precise service and a very comfortable and nice environment. The staff were friendly and precise.

Food was good, one of best pasta I ate in Rome, simple place, service was perfect and with good timing, more like a local restaurant which is perfect. Hope Rome had more places like this. Worth eating there.

We came across this place partly by chance, partly because of the reviews we saw on Google. Very good choice! Wonderful first courses (record-breaking carbonara!), good second courses, we didn't try the desserts. The place is small but characteristic, the menu in Roman dialect is very fun. The waiters are all very kind and very young! Fair price.

Personale gentilissimo, e il cibo è davvero buono, la trippa uno spettacolo , perfetta con amici,famiglia e coppie. Un posto "alla buona" ma senza togliere nulla alle pietanze e alle carinerie e attenzioni dei ragazzi che ci lavorano.

Posto piccolino, curato nei dettagli e nella romanità presente non solo nei piatti ma anche nell'arredo e nei dialoghi con il personale di sala. Piatti ottimi e abbondanti.. unico piccolo neo nel servizio è che i primi non sono usciti tutti insieme... Punto di favore al pane: caldo!!!!

05/08/2024: We found this restaurant a little desperate because we went to two restaurants and they treated us badly. Desperate and hungry we found this restaurant. Nice in a rustic cave with friendly staff. We ate delicious cacio pepe and porcini mushrooms, we also made the slipper with the wafer made from the cheese. Three of us ate the hearty grilled second course. All very good, highly recommended
