Osteria La Sol Fa In Roma

I came here for dinner with a reservation and ordered a carbonara. The external environment is heated with electric "mushroom" heaters which are very efficient. I must say that the portions are generous, the pasta was good even if the pieces of bacon were definitely too large. I also ordered a portion of baked potatoes, but had to remind the staff 3 times before I could taste them. However, the waiters are very kind and I recommend this restaurant!

Everything almost perfect! Excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw of the evening was that for some strange reason they had lost our orders but they quickly remedied it and apologized with a small gift. Highly recommended.

Of all the restaurants I visited during my two weeks in Italy, both food and service were the best. Since I didn't have a reservation, I was given an outdoor table seat. All guests who came without reservations were ushered to the outdoor seating area and were subsequently shown outdoor seating, and the indoor seating was quickly filled with guests who had made reservations. Among the reviews below, despite there being seats left indoors, You can ignore the posts expressing dissatisfaction after being shown an outdoor seat. The store's owner and employees are people who place great importance on making promises to customers who have made reservations. Assuming you made a reservation and visited the restaurant, it would be quite stressful to think of a situation where there are a lot of customers and you have to wait at the restaurant for a while because there will be empty seats. This restaurant is the best because it prepares guaranteed seats for guests with reservations, and all the food was also a good place to taste Roman food with a moderate amount of seasoning. I found out about this restaurant on the last day of my visit to Rome, and it's a shame that I wasn't able to try the various dishes. Since it is near the accommodation where I will be staying when I come back to Rome in the summer, I promised to visit again with the owner and received the store's business card. I'll make a reservation and return in the summer to try all of this restaurant's perfect dishes every night.

Ottimo pranzo con i piatti del giorno: tagliolini con la pajata 😋 e coratella, cacio e pepe con sugo di pesce e sgombro con panatura, patate e salsa al prezzemolo. Chiusura con il loro tiramisol e una fragrante crostatina di visciole. Servizio gentilissimo e attento. Prezzo ottimo. Torneremo presto per assaggiare i piatti classici romani ... se non saremo tentati ancora dai piatti del giorno 😉

In questa osteria tipica romana, un po’ fuori dalla zona centrale, ‘se magnano’ ottime specialità romane, gricia, carbonara, coda alla vaccinara, carciofi alla romana tutto davvero buonissimo e abbondante. Il gestore gentile ed efficiente, i camerieri bravissimi e simpatici. Finiti qui per caso leggendo le recensioni di TripAdvisor devo dire ottima scelta e ottima serata! Anche i prezzi ben equilibrati! Bravi!
